Wow! Great Work!
These guys really know their stuff! I had to have my carpets clean before moving out of my apartment. I though my carpets were considered considering I had black oil stains, and areas where my 5 year old tracked gum all over the carpet.

When Horizon finished the job I was completely impressed with the outcome! My floor looked as if it was brand new by the look and smell!

I will definitely be using Horizon in the future for any of my carpet and tile cleaning needs!

Loved having Horizon come and clean our carpets! Austin was very nice and did a great job, including our stairs! Happy to find a reliable place to keep our carpets looking like new.

We had Greg out to our house today to fix a bleached part of carpet. First, he was early and called ahead to make sure it was okay. Then he informed us about the carpet repair and some of the complications, just in case. However, after he repaired the spot, it looked seamless and perfect! We're absolutely pleased with the quality of work, responsiveness, and customer service of Horizon!

I am in a rental that has wall to wall carpeting (yuck!) and there have been animals that have used it as indoor grass in the past... and my dog can smell that.
The Horizon team is terrific. Deep cleaning with enzyme to help break everything down. Looks fantastic when they leave and they are so quick but thorough. The Horizon team almost makes me forget I despise carpeting... hehe!
Also, Bob, the owner, is one of the nicest (and most professional) people I have met. It is wonderful to use a company that really cares!

Ok Phoenix Metropolitan area. Today I got my carpet cleaned with Horizon within my apt. Normally I don't give reviews, but must say hands down to these guys. I have had difficulties with the complex changing the carpet due to heavy traffic areas which were not caused from myself. I must say a couple hours after horizon cleaning I have felt at home for the first time in almost a year. I would defiantly recommend. Fast, Friendly, and defiantly affordable. Have been using them for 3 years and must say as long as there is carpet in Arizona I will not be using any other company :)

Great family owned business and I am exceptionally satisfied with the fair price and the work they did! Very friendly employees, they got here when they said they would and I couldn't be happier with the cleaning they did. The carpets look and feel like they're brand new. I would highly recommend horizon carpet to anyone looking for a great local family owned business to support. They even have a military discount which is much appreciated coming from a home of veterans.

Just had Scott with Horizon Carpet & Tile Cleaning come over to clean and sanitize my mattresses. Even though these were in very good condition, there is still such a noticeable improvement. The fabric and fibers have clearly been revitalized and have a fresh scent w/o being overwhelming. Scott's approach was professional and engaging; his method was quick, thorough and environmentally friendly. The cost for a Queen Pillow Top and 2 Twins was $240, which I found quite reasonable. Add to this the awesome job of coordination by Adam and I simply could not be more pleased with the entire experience. It has been a pleasure interacting with both Adam and Scott. I truly appreciate their assistance. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not send a "shout out" to the fine folks at All Things New Cleaning. It was through their network that I was connected to Horizon. Many thanks to you all.

I had my carpets, rugs and tile/grout cleaned by Horizon. I was not sure how the grout and tile would turn out. I was blown away how great it looked. My tile looked brand new. The grout went from black to white. Scott was AMAZING. He even helped move some of my couches by himself. I would highly recommend. One of the best experiences I have had with a carpet cleaning company.

I have kept coming back to Horizon for years. It is a family business and it really feels like they care about you and your needs. Over the years my needs have changed- from going to a mostly carpeted house to one with mostly tile. My carpet always looked great when done and their deodorizer treatment worked awesome after having a roommate with untrained dogs. I recently had my tile cleaned as well at my new house. The technician Greg was so polite and my tile grout went from black to a light sandy color. Amazing!! I also have 3 cats that love to vomit on my couch. Horizon has cleaned my couches on a few occasions and the results are great. Thanks again.

I found this company on Google and read these same reviews. The gentleman who took our first call and called back very promptly, Adam, was very courteous. Tech Michael, who came out and did the job, was very friendly, fast and efficient, yet still managed to get a great clean on our carpets. Darker traffic and dirt stains were removed very well.

I agree with the positive reviews, and have found my carpet cleaning company for life. Very good and quick service for an excellent price, and though I don't believe it is guaranteed, they were able to get us same day within two hours of calling.

Used Horizon Carpet, Upholstery,Tile & Grout Cleaners to do some carpet repair. I had two holes in my carpeting that my dog created!!! The carpet technician Shaun was very professional, wore a mask, was even super friendly to my dog!!! The culprit in these matters. I was impressed with how much time he took and he did it right. He left instructions on foot traffic and suggested to have carpets cleaned and the patches would blend in even better. I would use this service again and pricing was more than fair considering the cost of carpet replacement. Oh I almost forgot I called on A Sunday and I got a return call at 9 AM monday morning and the repair was completed on Wednesday and it took about an hour and a half.

Horizon Carpet cleaning came highly recommend to my husband and I, as we needed a company to come out fast for a house we were selling.

These guys not only were super professional but they did a fantastic job! The carpet, tile, and even the grout between the tile LITERALLY looked BRAND NEW when they had finished. We were very happy with the service, and plan to use Horizon Carpet Cleaning again many times in the future.

By the way.... Our house when under contract the next day, one of the features that stood out for the buyer was how nice the flooring appeared.

Sean came out to do repairs/stretch and clean my carpets (including the stinky cat room). I am so pleased with hod work! Moran said he do a fantastic job, but he let me know that my carpets were not nearly as bad as I had thought and explained the process the entire way through. Very professional and personable. My carpets look brand new! I highly recommend Sean and this company!

24 September 2024 Bob scheduled to have Sean come out and redo the work. I am so pleased with the results. It looks SO much better. Thank you Sean and Bob for ensuring that the work was done and it was done well. The photos are of the completed work and the original damage that was fixed.

30 Aug 2024 I had repair done for my carpet after my pup broke out of her crate and attempted to dig her way into the bedroom. The quote I received was similar to other places I called, but I liked how friendly Bob was on the phone, so I went with this business for my carpet repair. The gentleman who showed up worked quickly and said he was done and I could check it out. I pointed out some issues and he quickly went to work without issue to fill the gaps. I posted my review and photos and was contacted by Bob.
