I have used Sweettouch LLC on multiple occasions for both carpet and tile cleaning. Michael Sweet is a perfectionist. His attention to detail and overall knowledge of cleaning is impressive. He showed up to my property with different types of equipment for cleaning just about any type of material. I have found him to be trustworthy, as he has cleaned my floors while I was out of town. Michael Sweet pricing is fair, he takes pride in his work and is well worth the money.

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by this family owned carpet cleaning company, Mike was professional, incredibly thorough, and achieved outstanding results. He was on time and went above and beyond what was asked. Highly recommend!

Michael the owner came out to do our carpets and did a fantastic job! We have cats so we had cat hair and stains, but now everything is clean like brand new. He was fast, friendly, and gave us lots of tips to maintain our floors and carpets. He also fixed a patch of our carpet that had gotten pulled up by the cats. Thank you Michael!

It was easy to book, he arrived on time (someone rescheduled and he called us to let us know he could come earlier than scheduled), and was very respectful of our home. He explained the process and aftercare clearly. It’s rare to find such professional and friendly service these days.

He took the time to assess the situation thoroughly and helped me problem-solve some tricky cleaning issues. What I appreciated most was that he offered me multiple options, some that actually saved me money. You can tell Mike really cares about doing honest, quality work. My grout is stunning now, and I honestly didn’t even realize the original color was under all the gross mess that Mike cleaned up. Exceptional service. Mike was very honest about expectations since the carpet was badly stained. It isn't perfect but I'm very pleased with the results.

Mike really knows his carpet cleaning. He explains everything that is going on with the carpet and thoroughly cleaned them. We just bought a home that had a dog and Mike used his handy light to show us the stains. Very good experience, would highly recommend Sweettouch Carpet Cleaning.

Michael was absolutely amazing. I was arranging to have the carpet cleaned for my eighty eight year old mother. and because of her faiing eyesight and a sick dog.It was quite the job it turned out beautiful and Michael was so kind and patient with my mom. I would highly recommend Sweettouch for both thier excellent,quality work and thier wonderful customer service.
