We had our tile professionally cleaned, and the grime and dirt in the grout were horrible before Mike came out. He did such an amazing job our tiles honestly look brand new again.

Michael was absolutely amazing!!! Im sharing the before and after photos of my rooms and carpets. My carpets had a lot of pet damage and he was able to get everything out even in my old carpets that hadn't been cleaned in about 5 years. He even went above and beyond and blew out all the leaves in my front door walk way to make sure nothing was being tracked in. He was in and out in about an hour, was super friendly and honest about everything he was doing and up front on costs. I don't think my carpets have ever looked this good even before my family and I moved into our Maui Lane home 5 years ago. Highly highly recommend Sweettouch for your carpet cleaning!!

As usual Mike did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! We had a couple of tough stains on our berber carpets that we were positive he would not be able to get out. Needless to say, the stains were no match for Sweettouch Carpet Cleaning, and Mike easily got them out quickly. Our carpets look brand new! I noticed that there are a couple of spammy/bot reviews, so I definitely wouldn't pay them any mind. Mike has done a fantastic job on all of my rental properties and primary residences valleywide, and I will continue to use him.

New update!! I noticed one of the rooms still had a slightly off smell ( to me) after a few days ( the pet urine was deep in that room BUT the carpets looked fantastic btw ) so I sent him a message. He immediately called me and was super understanding and nice. He figured out a time to come out asap and respray the rooms FREE OF CHARGE with a stronger enzyme. He didn't smell what i was smelling but redid it anyway to put my mind at ease. He was super nice about it and explains everything as he goes. I cannot recommend him more, he is amazing and he communicated so well!

Super nice, super communicative and straight to the point. He didn't waste our time and I'm excited to smell the dried results because it already looks and smells good! Even leaf blew our entrance just because!! Also the most reasonably priced option we found.

Michael at Sweet Touch carpet cleaning was awesome. He is caring and honest. Our carpets were not in the best shape, but he did a great job getting them back to life. I loved that they were completely dry in the morning. That’s impressive! I have bad allergies and very sensitive to certain smells and with the windows and doors closed and air on, It did not smell like chemicals. (I did not know that the cooler the better in the process of carpet drying) Michael knows his stuff and is a true professional. I highly recommended him to clean your carpets!!! He was a true blessing!

Mike was very personable and professional. He has a lot of knowledge that he shared to ensure our carpet cleaning is effective even after he's gone. Our carpets weren't very dirty but we had pet odors issues and he explained how things lole that work which is helpful in understanding going forward with older pets. He went above and beyond in his services. Great pricing. Products he uses are quality and safe for kids and pets. Definitely plan to use sweettouch carpet cleaning again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone!

Here’s my experience with Sweet Touch Carpet Cleaning:

1. They answered the phone! It was a refreshing change from the long, drawn-out recordings I usually get when calling a business.

2. They were pleasant and courteous and they didn’t try to rush me off the phone.

3. We received a phone call the day of the appointment, informing us of their exact arrival time.

4. Upon arrival, they promptly answered all our questions and offered helpful advice. They even brought a blacklight to scan for pet urine, which revealed that our seemingly obedient Chihuahua had been leaving behind a mess. The carpet areas looked like a crime scene when the flashlight was used.

5. Once the cleaning was complete, our house looked and smelled amazing. They even left us booties to use while the carpets were drying.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Sweet Touch Carpet Cleaning. They exceeded my expectations and provided exceptional service.

We’ll definitely be calling them for our next carpet and tile cleaning needs.

The only thing I’m still uncertain about is whether I should keep my Chihuahua.

Mike responded super quickly to my inquiry and was able to get us in right away. We have 5 pets and our carpet had a good amount of pet odors. He was fast and effective. We are very happy with the turnout. We were close to replacing our carpets but with Mike’s work we can definitely get some more time out of them! He was honest, very friendly, took time to educate us, provided up front pricing with no surprises and very well priced! Carpets also dried pretty quickly.

I have been using Legion of Clean for a couple of months now and I am very impressed with their service.
Alyssa does such a meticulous job that I keep finding little things that she has straightened up or cleaned days after she's been here.
Last time she was here I put my dog in a separate area with a note explaining she could skip that room if she didn't want to deal with the dog. I was delighted to come home and be greeted at the door by a happy dog and a clean house.
