Aimee, from Legion of Clean, cleaned our house today. She arrived on time and began cleaning immediately. Aimee is very friendly, efficient, and professional. She makes sure that everything is cleaned to my satisfaction and asks if there is anything that is needed before she leaves. She makes the experience very positive and enjoyable. The first two cleanings were given to me by Legion of Clean through their Clean for a Reason, Cancer Patient Program. My spouse and I truly appreciate Aimee and Legion of Clean. Veronica, Madison and McKenzie did an amazingly great job deep cleaning my house! I'm selling my home and having an open house and its super important to make a great first impression. Brenda arrived as expected and immediately started cleaning. She was very professional, polite, and efficient. She worked very hard and when finished, she asked if everything looked good and if there was anything else that I needed. The house smelled so clean and fresh. Madasin with Legion of Clean has been fantastic to work with. From the start, she has been incredibly dependable and always shows up right on time, which makes scheduling so easy. Her work speaks for itself — she has a great eye for detail and consistently leaves our home looking fresh, organized, and truly clean.

Another thing that really stands out about Madasin is her attitude. She is always kind, upbeat, and professional, which makes having her in our home a very comfortable experience. She also does a great job adjusting to what we need from week to week. If there’s something specific we’d like extra attention on, she’s always happy to accommodate and make sure everything is done just the way we like it.

I hired this company for a move-out cleaning. During the initial consultation, the owner, Stefani, assured me they were professional and non-judgmental about the condition of homes. Based on that conversation, I paid an initial deposit and agreed to the service.

When the team arrived on site, my card was charged immediately upon arrival, before any cleaning had started, despite the deposit already being paid. During the initial walk-through, I was told the home was “severely neglected” and rated a “level 10,” which I disagreed with (I would consider it closer to a level 8). At that point, the price was increased by $200 after arrival, leaving me feeling pressured to agree.

During the inspection, Stefani was FaceTiming with her lead staff member. At one point, while I was present, I overheard her say, “Tell her to shut up and you won’t listen to her ranting. Tell her to finish the walk-through and leave.” This comment felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially as a paying customer standing there during the process.

Despite paying nearly $900, the job was not completed properly. The stovetop/oven was not cleaned, and although I was told the job would take 12 hours, the cleaners were only at the home for approximately 3 hours. The time billed does not align with the work performed.

There was no written contract, all terms were verbal, and payment was taken before services began and before the work was completed. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and confirming final pricing before allowing work to start.

Madasin at Legion of Clean has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is incredibly prompt and reliable, which is something I really value when it comes to scheduling services for my home. Not only does she do fantastic work, but she also has such a pleasant and friendly personality. It makes the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. I paid $400 for a deep clean of my home yesterday. They didn’t dust. Refused to pick up items off shelves and table to dust the items and table. If there are more than five items on your table they tell me they will not dust. The scope of cleaning email they sent me states they will wipe down all cabinets baseboards, window sills, but this did not happen either. I would say about 90% of my house was not dusted. my headboard, my grandfather clock all the pictures hanging on my walls in my living room were not touched. Their scope of clean also states they would wipe all windowsills. However, they did not even touch the windowsill in my living room. When I discuss these issues with the office they had nothing but excuses as to why these things were not done. If you have more than five items on a flat surface, they consider it clutter and will not move items, nor dust that piece of furniture. I am very sorry that I wasted my very hard earned money on this company.. It truly is sad because some of the things they cleaned, were cleaned very well. I was under the i assumption that a deep clean included dusting. In addition, they DID NOT move recliners to vacuum under or my coffee table that is on wheels. They don’t pick things up off your kitchen counters and clean. They only clean around things. For instance, they didn’t pick up my air fryer and clean the counter underneath. There is a 24 hour satisfaction, guarantee given by then however, they were not willing to come back and complete my job without charging me more money. Saying it would take so much more time to pick up those pictures dust them and dust the table underneath. Way too much time for them to include it in the $400 that I have already paid.
Buyer, beware before you hire this company to clean your home. If you live in a model home, they may be the business for you, however, if you live in your home, think again before hiring this company.

Kinzie was amazing! My house is sparkling clean! My blinds were filthy and now they are white again! Kinzie spent so much time getting everything cleaned and polished up. Her attention to detail is top notch. I’m hopeful I can have Kenzie back in 2 weeks for my next cleaning 🩵🦋 ps. I called around and got quotes from other companies and Dirt Busters has the best pricing in my area of Peoria, AZ!!

Our experience with Dirt Busters was better than expected!!!

I have used a couple cleaning companies before this one and most the time the give you a cleaning list of all the things they are going to be doing and it seems like most of them take short cuts and don’t seem to do everything that is listed and hope you won’t notice.

This was not what I found with Dirt Busters they did exactly what they said they were going to do and they did a phenomenal job also 10 out of 10. Adrian K. And Miroslawa L. We’re the ones that cleaned our home. Thank you so much ladies we will definitely be requesting you for our next clean!

They did an extremely thorough job for a move-in clean, but we won’t be using them regularly. They call and text incessantly (several times a day) asking for a review or to book services. While I find the frequency disrespectful, I actually was going to book them for regular cleans. They did a good job. I learned that even if I only want half my square footage cleaned, they will charge the entire square footage listed on Zillow. I did not have the option (even when speaking to them on the phone) to pay for only the square footage I want cleaned. It is unfortunate because I was excited to keep using them. Again, they did a thorough cleaning job. They are a great option for the entire house, but definitely not for someone who only wants certain parts of the house cleaned. Bummer

This was my second cleaning with Dirt Busters and I was very impressed with my technician, Louisa. She was very profession and did a wonderful job!

Edit: I have now been using Dirt Busters for over 6 months and every cleaning is as consistent and thorough as the last. All technicians are friendly and take their work seriously. I highly recommend this company for all of your cleaning needs.

We love Lorena R she always is happy have a great attitude and does an amazing job! I love finding the toilet paper roses and tissue flowers so creative! I look forward to all her visits!

I don’t know how this company has so many 5 star reviews. This is the second time I have signed up for ongoing service with them, they have probably cleaned my house 30 times between the 2 contracts. They never do everything on the list, yesterday they “forgot” an entire room because the door was closed: Although their customer service is good and they will send someone back out, it is a huge inconvenience. The techs are nice, but not really qualified to clean in my opinion. I can’t clean my entire house in 2 hours (not well at least) and that’s about how long they are here. You pretty much get a very basic wipe down, minimal dusting, and vacuuming and mopping. Twice they have arrived without a working vacuum and asked to borrow mine.

I’ve been having them clean this time for about a year, every 2 weeks and there are rings around the sink drains because they don’t actually clean them - they just wipe them down , so now they are beginning to build up. The top of the fridge rarely gets wiped down and we have gone months without certain areas being dusted. We even started putting dates in the dust to see if they would clean it.

We have raised complaints several times but it’s always the same issues with an offer to have someone else come out and take care of what was missed. For what they charge it should be right the first time.

Dirt Busters House Cleaning is the best! We would like to thank them for the excellent cleaning job. Our cleaning technician was very efficient and did excellent work. We run a business from our home and she was very respectful by making sure that we weren’t on the phone before starting the vacuum.

The best experience ever! I had Iris, Jolene, and Nathan. They did an incredible job and left my place spotless. Their customer service was a 10 out of 10, and I hope I get them again next month.
