Mccool Pools has by far been the best experience with owning a pool. After a time of uncertainty and an ongoing issue undiagnosed by the original pool builder owner Steve came out the day after Christmas to ease my fears of the worst. After several hours of nothing adding up Steve discovered a huge mistake on my pool builders part. Since then the service, function of my
Pool , chemicals, communication and overall experience has been superior.

They came out and fixed a poorly installed pergola and sorted out other issues. All the work was professionally done and they were able to accommodate some extra work along the way. My yard was an overgrown jungle, and though I had contacted someone to care for it, it hadn't been done. My neighbor came over while McCools was working on their landscaping and suggested I talk to Brian. I spoke with him and he was at my house 2 days later. They did a terriffic job on everything, and the clean-up was very thorough. I signed up for monthly service. I think anyone would be pleased with the work that they do!

Brian was extremely helpful. He was kind when I made a very costly mistake. He offered solutions that will help in the future that no one else ever mentioned. I was extremely pleased with all he did for me.

We have been using McCool Pools since we moved into our home. We have been very pleased with the landscaping work they do and they are very responsive when we have questions. They don’t maintain our pool (we do that ourselves) however, they have helped us with questions and draining / power washing. We were pleased with their work with that as well.

Fantastic experience! Communication with Brian has been excellent. Requested front yard maintenance and I'm very happy the work done as well as the price point. All around professional and a business that takes pride in what they do. The online customer portal is also a nice touch and something I personally find very useful. Thankful I came across McCool's and will continue to use their service.

They do good work, but I have been over billed several times by this company, and lately its been very hard to get the owner on the phone. On a positive note when you do get in contact with him the issue gets resolved quickly
