Brian, Zack and the team at Pool & Landscaping of Vistancia have been amazing. They've been keeping up my yard and horrendously large mesquite trees for over 2 years. They're hard working, timely, and always go above and beyond, even in dealing with an unruly neighbor who consistently makes their job more difficult than it should be! I can't imagine many companies putting up with it and returning, but their integrity and professionalism are top notch.

We had McCools Pools landscaping trim out trees for monsoon season and general leaf clean up from years past. Not only did they do an thorough and fast job, when a branch came down from a wind storm they came out and retrieved the branch the next day after we contacted them. Highly recommend McCools for any landscaping service.

Their service has been impeccable over the 5+ years that we were clients. I would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs.

I called for an emergency needed in my backyard with the irrigation. They came out and fixed my issue promptly. Their process for scheduling and payment is simple and quick. Very thankful customer.

These guys came out and saved the day! Today, we had Pool & Landscaping of Vistancia do a huge cleanup of both front and backyard. They were friendly, professional, and everything looks fantastic. We are setting up continuous service immediately! Health issues were a huge factor in our yard becoming so neglected we had the police at our house. They gave us a week. My neighbor learned about a service they offer called complimentary service, neighbor nomination. She filled out a form and these guys did this first visit free, with permission to take videos. 10/10 recommend!

Brian was able to solve a stubborn problem regarding air getting into our pool system, that others couldn’t resolve. He was very diligent and knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. On top of his great pool service, he happened to be the first one to see me bleeding on the ground in my office and called 911! Above and beyond the call of duty!

Tonight a truck pulling a trailer from this company lost a bunch of trash and eventually a trash can out of their trailer going down 67h Ave. When other drivers left them know, they simply got out and secured the trailer door/ramp. They didn’t go back to clean up their trash or trash can. Do better!!!

Company just stopped coming to the house for the landscaping and hasn't returned calls or emails.

Had used them for years. I would not trust them.

So far, so good. The past job (trimming our huge tree) was done well and quickly. We plan to use them again.

I want to write feedback about an encounter I had with this company.

I was driving on Greenway Road, making a right hand turn onto 67th Ave. While the Just Right Landscape, LLC truck was headed North on 67th Ave in the left hand turn lane. The light at Greenway was red when it turned green I proceeded to make my right turn. However, the Just Right Landscape truck decided to make a U-Turn back onto Southbound 67th Ave. His light had already turned red and my light was green - he did not have the right of way and was making an illegal turn at this point - forcing me to stop in the middle of the road. He did not execute the turn properly and went up onto the curb. This caused me to have to maneuver; not only avoid being hit by someone running a red light, but also someone now blocking the lanes of traffic.

The man driving the Just Right Landscape truck then sped up and followed me - threatening, harassing and intimidating me. He even stayed at the next red light to continue his harassment (in the right turn lane, while I was in the far left lane). He was turned around in his seat looking out his window when he saw me take out my phone to take a picture of his vehicle and license plate he immediately turned and sped away.

I also had my child in a car seat in my vehicle when this occurred.

This is not the kind of company I would trust in my home or around my children. If they can show this kind of road rage and aggression in a company vehicle (when they did something wrong) it makes me wonder what the company practices would be in someone's home. This is not the representation I would think anyone wants their business to have in public.

This company did my mother's and father's backyard sprinkles, bocche ball court, trimmed trees. They actually showed up on time, didn't charge more than they quoted, and actually did more that we thougt they would. She asked them to come back out to help with something her dog messed up and they fixed it that day cheap. I've recommended them to others and everyone I know loved them.

Once again the team at Just Right Landscaping came through! A group of hardworking professionals who are efficient and thorough. My yard looks amazing after lots of trimming, a refresh of ground cover, and an overall clean up. Thanks again!

Really not sure what is going on. This company started out great. We were given 1 price and told that it included everything even if a sprinkler head needed to be replaced. Then I received a bill with an extra 60 dollar charge for 3 sprinkler heads. Really? These heads cost less than 10 dollars and they screw on and off, and you charge me 60.
My grass looks horrible. I have weeds everywhere and was told from the beginning that they took care of that, then I was told no that they only do a pre emergent treatment which has obviously not been done.
NOW THEY DONT EVEN SHOW UP.

Great team, great service at reasonable rates. They did a nice job cleaning up my yard and will be using them for ongoing maintenance. I highly recommend working with First Option for your landscaping needs.
