I have worked with Victor's Landscaping for the past five (5) years. All interactions with Drew (Ops. Mgr.) have been outstanding as he is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Many of our services have been performed by Jason (Service Technician), whom I would consider the ideal employee. He is courteous, does excellent work, explains things to the customer, and completes his work leaving no negative signs that any work has ever been performed. He is a fantastic human being! I am proud to have known and worked with these individuals!

I was quoted $400 to mow a patch of grass that's ridiculous. Victor's use to do lawn work y ears ago but recently called to get a quote and they are being greedy just like other companies. Money grab!

Constantly late. Completely skipped one service and told us they would come a week later. We said "not good enough, you need to be here sooner" to which they agreed. Then they ghosted us until a week later and came when they wanted anyway. Then, one of their "landscapers" sheered off the whole front of a bush on the front of our house. As a remedy for skipping a scheduled and agreed upon time of service, telling US when THEY would reschedule, agreeing to come sooner and then coming when they felt like it anyway, then ultimately destroying a bush and ruining our pictures to list our house which we were having taken after the landscaping service, they offered 35 bucks. Whole service should've been comped. Also, not only do they charge a fee for the landscaping but they throw in extra fees for gas and other things. Just make it a flat fee! Avoid like the plague.

Everyone was so pleasant and professional from start to finish! They always responded promptly and were very accommodating with our needs & wishes. Prices were very fair & exactly as estimated. The crew arrived on time, got to work immediately, cleaned the yard thoroughly, did exactly what we requested, and were as quick and quiet as possible. Will do business with them gain in a heartbeat if ever needed.l!

Everyone I spoke with in the office was fantastic. However the work that the crew did was haphazard, rushed and incomplete, despite my instruction to take as much time as needed. Additionally, the crew left without saying anything. So I didn't even have an opportunity to ask them to fix it. Pretty disappointing.

Your staff did offer to have the crew return, which I appreciate. However that was a week and a half after I hosted an event in my home, for which I wanted my yard cleaned up to begin with.

I recently had my backyard landscaping done with Victors. My requirement was a low cost but yet a neat one to cover the dirt as this was a new build. Ana the project manager was great to work with. She helped schedule the whole work the way I wanted and completed the work at earliest possible time frame within the original estimated cost.

I think its no surprise that all recent 5 star reviews are simply edited reviews from. The past. The trend is consistent and the value of this company has gone down. I have used them for two years now and I am finished. They did a paver project for me which the work was ok. But the crew literally threw their monster cans and water bottles littered all.over my garden beds. Not the trash cans I had back there. But in my cactus garden beds. After the rains I had weeds pop back up and they won't honor their guarantee because I have have Bermuda spots. Not a lawn. Just two spots. But I they still down back their 6 month guarantee to treat the weeds that are also there. The office has decided to simply stop responding to my emails or give me an answer over the phone. They do not schedule in advance. I only get an email the day of regarding their crew is on the way. Frankly everyone we live in AZ and their are so many reputable 5 star company's with great professionalism. Dont choose this one for your weeds or landscaping projects. Give a better one a chance. Its sad because when I started with them I reference them to 3 of my brothers for for work. But we are all going elsewhere. Look at previous reviews. I am not a troll. I simply appreciate a company that backs the integrity of their word and communicates effectively. Im sorry we are here.

I have edited this review. Upon the inspection with the owner he told me the waves we saw in the pavers were inaccurate and convinced me it was a job of professional caliber. It is November and the job was done only in this past August. I have attached pictures from this last rain today proving how I am not crazy and there is a huge dip.

Please help yourself. Get someone else to do your pavers. Or, unlike me, dont let them gas light you if you see a problem with their work.

Mediocre service at best. We had many mature palms and plants at our locations that were thriving for the past few years. When Victor's took over, they turned the water down so the plants would barely grow so they didn't have to trim them as much. They turned the water down so low we lost many trees and palms. They refused to replace them at their cost even though it was a direct result of underwatering and their crews adjust our sprinkler timers.

Further, they often would cancel service for various reasons and reschedule for 1-2 weeks later. Then they would reset their bi-weekly schedule. So we are paying for 26 services per year, but when they push their services, we actually only end up getting 22-24 services per year. We never recieved a refund for the canceled services.

My senior citizen parents have trusted Victors for years to complete their landscaping and for the last year+ their service has consistently gone down hill. Each time this is brought to their attention, their response is “we will make it up next time”. For over $200+ a month service, one should expect a higher quality and care, not excuses. My parents reached out numerous times and their solution was to void their working relationship. I watched the tole this took on my parents for months. I’m writing this for them and posting photos taken *the day of* their over $200 service to trim and clean up their yard last month. Do better Victors.

Their designer declined our business because she said that it wasn't enough work for them to do. Sorry ma'am, I can't extend my yard but I'm happy to spend my money with a company that is going to answer their phone and do a quality job.

Don and his team were very professional and did great work. He communicated with me every step of the way and offered his expertise with design when my imagination failed. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Thank you!!

These guys are awesome! We have used Rolling Rock Landscape to design two of our houses now. James and Don are always on site and go above and beyond to make you happy. On top of that there workers are fast, friendly, and do amazing work!!!

We hired Rolling Rock to complete landscaping in our home, I had 5 different companies come bid the job. One of the owners came out, was very fair, and actually listened to what we wanted. Then he gave us all the options we needed and only made recommendations that would improve our experience in the yard. They are about to do full landscaping on our next house and I'd suggest them to anyone! Ignore the 1 star review I've referred them all sorts of jobs large and small and they've done them all with the best quality.

We hired Rolling Rock to put in our backyard last summer. Karen, their designer, came out and measured everything, listened to our ideas, and then came back a few days later with a plan. She incorporated our ideas and presented a couple more of her own that we hadn't thought of. She treated us like friends and made us feel like they really wanted our business.

When it came time to do the job, their crew was amazing. The owners of the business were involved every day. They were happy to accommodate the few change orders we wanted to make. They worked fast. In 10 day's time, they transformed our yard into exactly what they presented to us.

Their support after the job was done has been great. They explained everything we needed to know to take care of the new plants. They replaced the couple of plants and a tree that didn't survive the July transplanting. We have called them for questions and a couple of fixes after the warranty period and they have been great about it. They show up on time and get things done. Their work crews were friendly and we felt totally comfortable having them working around our home.

Landscapers supreme! RR created a backyard paradise out of dirt. We now enjoy a pristine travertine patio, tumbling water feature, fire pit on a raised deck of stacked stone, and elegant, yet functional built-in BBQ. With the creative genius of their designer, Karen, attention to detail by Don and Jim (owners) and hard-working crew, we have the yard of our dreams. They stood by their warranty of plant replacement and always respond to any questions I may have. The workmanship is top notch and their customer service is commendable. I would highly recommend Rolling Rock for your landscape needs!

We highly recommend Rolling Rocks Landscaping to everyone. Don and Jim and their outstanding crew did a spectacular job in updating our front and back yards this spring. They removed and replaced old cinder rock with granite, removed and replaced the old sidewalk with pavers, replaced the outdated lighting with up-to-date lighting and added spotlights on various trees. They transformed our old-looking yard into a beautiful area that we are so enjoying. It truly enhances the appearance of our home. These men were so professional in every way and did such high quality work. We couldn't have had a better company with which to work. Many kudos to Rolling Rocks Landscaping!
