Far from worrying that he was ripping me off (which is normally my worry with HVAC contractors), I am worried that I ripped him off for all the help he gave me fixing my DIY-attempt-gone-wrong. I have dealt with NE company previously, the owner is very knowledgeable with all A/C services, I had an issue in my house because it was built in 1970s the Problem was only 30% of the house was getting Cold . the rest of it it was not after the owner did look at my house measured it went to the attic and figure out that the old design Will not help what he did is he build a distributor in my attic and he runs extra ducts after computer engineering measurement came out with a new plan right now I feel like I’m in heaven thank you Bill you’re the best
