Nabeel was so prompt in identifying the problem with my A/C. Our A/C suddenly stopped working and although he had another appointment he made time to come check it out. Thanks to his expertise, the problem is now resolved. He even identified additional problems that needed a fix. Will definitely plan on getting them soon.

Nabeel did a great job on troubleshooting and fixing my AC unit. I had big leak in my AC unit and Nabeel fixed it and he also realized I had low voltage going to my thermostat . He fixed the wiring issue I had in my handler in the attic and at my thermostat .

My air conditioner broke down overnight, and I called a nearby repair service. Unfortunately, they did not provide me with the cost of the service call beforehand. After inspecting the unit, the technician informed me that the capacitor was the issue, and he replaced it without consent . He then asked for $340 for the repair, but after some negotiation, we settled on a price of $280.

While the service was ultimately completed, I must admit that the technician's demeanor was somewhat impolite. I would not recommend them

Bill is the best professional I had found after so many years. There was a problem with my AC and everyone came, saw and suggested that it is old AC and need to be replaced but Bill came, saw and said it is old but the best AC system and all I need is 2 new parts and he changed them and now the AC works

Our A/C stopped working and I called NE Mechanical to schedule an appointment. Nabeel came out free of charge within 30 minutes. Found the issue and fixed the problem within the hour. I would highly recommend this company as they are fast, economical, trustworthy and as friendly as can be. You won’t be disappointed!

Nabeel was very professional and and quick! He came right away and fixed the issue with my AC. I was really stressed out with the temperatures being so hot and my AC not working and he took all the stress off my shoulders the same day! This company was phenomenal!! Nedal was understanding and very prompt. My AC stopped cooling and he was the only person that answered the phone when I reached out...this was at 10pm on Saturday night. He was at my house by 10:30 and quickly diagnosed the problem...he then was back at 10am Sunday morning and repaired it within 2 hours. The cost for the repairs and parts was VERY reasonable. He and his company will now be the only company I will use from this point further.
