Our air was out for a week and couldn't get any one to take our 3 party home warranty untill the warranty company gave us Air flow Air-conditioning & Refrigeration number from the first call to the text messages from kadin it was amazing They really cared about the customer and I really appreciate that They got our air up and running no questions asked and even told us what to look for if it happens again and I do know who I will be calling thanks to everybody at airflow air conditioning and refrigeration

Kayden came out and said he fixed my ac, however it is hotter in my house than before he came out and the air is still not blowing from the vents. I call and the office told me that he put in the notes the air wasn’t blowing out and they could send someone back out tomorrow to check it. Why would he tell me it was fixed and working but leave that in the notes unless they just want to say they fixed the problem and continue to charge you service fees.

Basically quick next day service. Evaluated and resolved AC system issue quickly. They have Sat hours available also. Too soon to go all in with this assessment but I really liking what I see and trust so far.

I have not had my AC serviced yet but in setting up the appointment I spoke with Kelly in the office and she was very patient answering a lot of my questions and explaining things to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I appreciated her time and her concern to help me get this taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you Kelly. it was refreshing to talk to somebody in person who seemed to care about their customer.

I just had my AC service done by Kadin. He was on time, communicated well, was knowledgeable and got our AC unit working again, and already the house is starting to cool down. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you AIR FLOW.
