Todd Pipitone, Service expert, Is very knowledgeable and professional in his position. Keep in mind they do cooling heating plumbing and electrical so not only do they take care of your Air Conditioners But they also do many other things related to the service of your home. Highly recommended!

Kyle with Grand Canyon Home Services was wonderful! He came to service/maintenance my gas fireplace. He reassured me it was safe and got it in good working condition for the winter. While Kyle was here I also asked him to service my water heater. I am so thankful he had the extra time as initially I only called for the fireplace. I appreciated his flexibility and knowledge on both systems. I would use Grand Canyon for any future needs as my experience was very pleasant.

Grand Canyon Home Services is a great choice for your home A/C needs! My air conditioner went out on me and an inspector came. He checked it out and determined that I needed a new one, and I did. The workers that came to do the job were professional, polite, respectful of property, and very efficient. They replaced my A/C in a half a day. The inspector came back to check the job. My new unit works perfectly. I had a chance to meet Mark, the company's owner, when he, too, came by. I highly recommend this company!

My husband and I hired GCHS to look at our gas fireplace. When I made the appointment I explained that we believed it was a switch malfunction. I was quoted the service fee and told it would be extra for materials. When the worker came to our house, he confirmed it was just a faulty switch. We were told it would cost us over $500 for the work. We asked to speak with the manager but the worker stepped outside to call him instead. We were informed that the price was not going to be changed even though we did not want the services they were telling us we needed. My husband and I had to request a second time to speak to the manager. While the manager explained that the services they wanted to provide were for safety, we did not ask for them nor were they necessary. After some discussion, the manager told us that we were not a good fit for the company. While we did not get charged for the visit, we were extremely disappointed with the overall customer service and we will be seeking another company to work with.

I recently researched AC companies for a new 4 ton AC unit.. I got estimates from 3 companies who had many excellent reviews on Nextdoor as well as Yelp that sold Trane and Goodman.
After leaving several messages with AC companies, Brad at Micah was the first to return my call. That was the beginning of a great experience. He was prompt, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. In addition, his price was very competitive, his warranties were exceptional, and he had great financing available. I highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Love these guys! Brad is the man and is ALWAYS FAIR to me. He will not upsell you and do maintenance or repairs that are not necessary. If you are looking for a guy you can trust to be honest and give it to you straight, Brad is your guy. In a industry full of sharks, he has a custom for life.

My unit is 20 years old and NEEDS to be replaced bad, but last summer after it blowing hot, Brad sent out his technician. They diagnosed the system and found a fried circuit board. Instead of insisting that the whole unit gets replaced, he found the cheapest option to keep me going. $600 bucks later, I had a cold system again.

These guys are the BEST! I don't know much abour air conditioning systems and I was having trouble with mine. I looked around at different help and DIY options but stumbled upon Micah Dean AC. David came out and helped fix my AC and he was so helpful with explaining what was wrong with it and what he would need to do to fix it in a way that was easy for me to understand. They gave me such a great price for the work compared to other companies in the area. It was also such a quick and easy service. I would absolutely reccommend them to anyone who is having AC troubles!!!

I originally went looking to place some insulation in my attic due to my high electric bill. Had a couple of companies come out. Micah Dean was one of them. Just for insulation, they came in at a lower price. After some conversation, I was sent two estimates. One for insulation, one for a new HVAC system. During the course of our conversation, I had told them the age of my HVAC unit. Thinking that they were nudging me towards an HVAC unit, I called and spoke with Brad. To be honest, it was a great conversation. I went from frustrated to grateful. I truly feel that he had my best interest at heart. I had a 20 year-old unit that was just trying to keep up and after inspection, I had probably a few months left. I would have paid $2,400 for the insulation, and in the heat of summer would have lost my AC. That would’ve been a hefty emergency bill for a new one. I was given a great price for a new unit, they set me up for installation quickly. The guys came in and had it done in a few hours. (Thank you David and Jessie) No stress, no mess. I haven’t had to use the unit yet, not quite hot enough. But I have faith that I made the right choice. If you’re looking for insulation and or an HVAC unit, look no further. I still plan on doing some insulation, maybe in several months or next year. I will use Micah Dean.

We had been having issues with our dryer for quite some time, well we thought we had been at least. I called and had someone come and look at the dryer and I was told it was fine but the vent wasn't working properly to the outside. I had Dryer Vent Doctor come out and take a look and sadly he said it was the worst vent he had EVER seen and he wasn't sure why my house hadn't caught fire! He cleaned it all out and we went from taking 2.5 hours to dry 7 normal articles of clothing to 40 minutes for a load of towels! Money well spent for peace of mind and less piles of laundry!!!!

Great experience! We weren't noticing issues other than a ton of dryer lint behind the dryer. Left a message, Paul called back right away. Great availability. He showed up on time. He's is friendly and informative. I had mentioned that I thought we might need a new exhaust hose, he came prepared. Got right to work and finished quickly. Our dryer is in a tight area, sharing a stand with our washer. I did let him know that on our initial contact, no problem, no worries. We'll definitely be calling Paul again!
