GCHS was our 2nd call for an estimate on repairing our 20 year old air conditioning unit. As the first, the cost to repair was not worth considering however their quote for a new Lennox system was substantially less than another quote we had received. They installed our new system within 2 days (in August!), they were professional and courteous, and the price was exactly as agreed. We highly recommend Grand Canyon Home Services!

I've been with Grand Canyon for a number of years and the people there have treated me great. Todd is a top notch serviceman, who will give you a honest opinion of your situation. He and Nick installed new furnaces and a/c units a couple of years ago and they are working as advertised.

This is the second time we have had issues with our A/C unit. They were there the same day both times and were able to fix the issue quickly. I will be sure to call them again. I would highly recommend them to a friend! Also, Mike was the technician who answered my last call. He was considerate and knowledgeable.

Grand Canyon came to our home to give a second opinion. We had been told that the coil was bad during a maintenance check by another company. The other company quoted a price well over $1,000. Grand Canyon arrived on time, checked out the unit, and said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the coil. Grand Canyon could have said that there was a problem and made a quote on the spot. They were honest, and their honestly saved us a lot of money. As soon as they left, I called and set up a maintenance plan with them. Their honesty gave them a new customer today!

First time customer, and longtime homeowner. Never needed an electrician until now, but i want to say that I am very pleased with the customer service, reasonable pricing and the work our Service Expert provided. We had a complicated electrical issue with our dryer wiring that required new conduit from the dryer to the electrical box. Todd did a very professional job fixing the problem and running the conduit through our garage. Its not always easy to find a good contractor, so i just wanted everyone to know that we had a positive experience. Thank you.

Kyle was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable, I was very impressed! The dispatch ladies Linda and Nina were right on top of things keeping me updated along the way, as well as they were able to work around my work schedule. This ended up being sort of a quick fix but, I would definitely use Grand canyon again.

Kyle was at my home today to fix my gas fireplace. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and prepared. He fixed my fireplace rather quickly after troubleshooting. Before he left, he explained what he did and answered questions I had about the fireplace and it’s operation. Todd did a great job and was very helpful with the maintenance of my air conditioner. I wanted him to use a special cleaner for my chemical sensitivities and he did so. He also replaced the light bulb in my UV light that was on the air conditioner. I am very appreciative.

I am very pleased overall with the quality of service l received from Grand Canyon Home Services. I called after my ac unit stopped heating or cooling. When I called to make an appointment I was treated very courteously. The service tech Tommy arrived on time the next day. He was professional and personable and diagnosed the problem quickly. It turned out that the outside blower motor was bad. He took his time replacing the motor and capacitor in a very conscientious manor. He showed me the the old motor when he was finished and showed me that the motor shaft was pretty much frozen and could not be turned by hand (it should turn freely). The ac unit works great now putting out more heat than it has for a long time. I will definitely call on them again.

Michael was my service expert for the repair of my furnace. He was able to quickly identify the problem, located the part needed and worked with the office to be able to get the part installed within 24 hours. With temperatures dipping in Phoenix I greatly appreciated.

Air conditioner started making loud noise and rattling outside wall.
Todd from Grand Canyon came to do six month service and found major problem with cooling system. Lucky for me it was before heat really kicked in so unit was ordered and installed by two highly efficient repairmen before completely going out. They were here working most of the day and cleaned up every scrap of dust along with doing a great installation.Todd then came and inspected installation and unit. I am very happy to say my home is cool and no noise at all from unit! I have recommended Grand Canyon air to neighbors and friends. My son used them for a new unit and was also very please with their product and installation.

The service men arrived on time. They put on shoe covers and started working immediately.
My "logs"had originally been put in incorrectly causing the fire to go out. After correcting that issue, they checked all the fireplace parts and maintained them.
I really appreciated how careful they were not get dust on the tile or rug. The me were very pleasant and told me how to better use my fireplace. Both the hearth and fireplace were vacuumed; as well as the general area.
Their service was very affordable and I'm so pleased with the results!
