Wow what a bad people and company. These guys came to my house thru a warranty company and fixed my EVAP coil in the attic, out at least they think they did. They choose to replace 410 coil to work with R22 system. This alone says that they didn't know what they are doing. At least they did know how to steal from people.
Highly unprofessional tech. First chose wrong components, then didn't get the job done right, then return to fix it after several calls, still couldn't get it right and on the top of that left without telling us. Even though I took a day off and was at home.
Later when tried to call lisa, the front desk lady, she put the blame on the duct work and talked very rude. The owner, Gary also very rude.
Worst experience when come to AC repair.

Update - The response from the owner is totally wrong. This company doesn't know anything about the AC repair. Choose wrong part, installed it incorrectly, left drain without any glue, unit was installed tilted, etc etc. On the top of that, very rude customer service, Ms. Lisa. I am dealing with a wrong warranty company, "First American Home Warranty" who like to only work with lowest rated contractor of the area.
Called at least 3 more contractor to see the work done by Extreme Cooling and they all were disgusted.

They literally saved us from wasting away in our own sweat. The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable, and gave us some very helpful advice. Our attic blower had seized, and they were able to come out the next day to replace it. We are extremely pleased with how easy the process was. Great service!

Extreme Cooling came out back in August to fix our AC unit after many attempts by other companies. Since we were going thru a home warranty company things were taking forever. The whole team with Extreme Cooling was awesome! Thank you for the great customer service and being an advocate for us with the home warranty company. You all have earned my business.

We had a blower motor go out and had another company come and look at it. They not only didn’t fix my issue but made it worst, I called extreme cooling and they promptly came out and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 24 hrs. Their technicians are professional, highly skilled technicians and will always recommend them. They did a great job and even tested the system throughly to ensure proper functionality. Thank you guys so much!

Found this company through our home warranty. Lisa at the office/dispatch was very helpful walking us through the process of dealing with a home warranty. Our tech, Joe was great too. Fixed our AC like brand new. Very happy.

This was the first time using Extreme Cooling and we were fully satisfied with the service we received. Brandon and his assistant were on time, professional, and explained everything they did to our unit. I liked the fact that I was sent a picture of who was going to show up, I've never seen that before but it's a great service feature and another layer of service that you don't normally see. Cameron showed up right on time and was so polite and efficient. He was very thorough and went over what he did to service the AC unit.

We've used Extreme Cooling in the past and had a good experience. Our last experience with them was so unprofessional and off putting that we will not be using them in the future. We had scheduled them for a routine AC check and maintenance. Although their technicians in the past have been able to find our AC unit, and even though we gave them instructions on where the unit was located (on the roof of our condo's building), the last technician claimed he couldn't find the unit. We were charged for a service that was not provided. Things like this happen, we understand. However when we called to inquire about how it's possible they couldn't find the unit on this call, their representative that took our call was incredibly rude, argumentative, defensive and was completely unwilling to have a productive conversation in any way. This negative review is entirely due to how amazingly rude their representative was on the phone. I would not recommend you use them.

I don't know where to start... My AC went out and the prior AC tech made things worse. Finally after so many complaints and calls to the warranty company I was told Extreme Cooling was assigned to my order. Lisa called me and got me scheduled ASAP. Tech came and let me tell you he went above and beyond! An extra mile... Didn't come to do a quick fix. apparently a new AC was needed ... Want I liked about this company is the explanation they provided of the process. I went 5 days without AC, however Extreme Cooling took care of me within the 2 days ... And I got a new AC unit. Of course the warranty covered most BUT the fact that this technician went above and beyond instead of a quick fix .. I'm by far grateful! Thank you!!!!

Extreme Cooling, Inc was great! They were all professional, affordable, on time, easy to communicate with, and I recommend them for all your AC needs. I bought a new AC unit from Extreme Cooling and they installed it too. It's a big purchase and can be a stressful situation but Gary and his team made it very easy. Thank you!

We have been experiencing AC problems and our home warranty company dispatched service out to Extreme Cooling. Within hours, Lisa called to schedule an appointment. The first available appointment was days out. After explaining our extenuating circumstances, Lisa told me that she would try to find a technician sooner. An hour later, Lisa called to say Joe was on his way. Joe arrived right on time and was personable, professional and explained each diagnostic he performed. He worked well into the night until he was satisfied that we would have a working unit. The next morning, Lisa once again called to make sure our ac was working properly and that we were satisfied with the job and service. This company cares about people, takes pride in their work and provides exceptional customer service! We will be calling Extreme Cooling for all our heating and cooling needs in the future. Thank you once again for putting the health and needs of your customers in the forefront!

Hired them October 2023 to replace residential heat pump and condenser. Approximately 10 months later in the heat of an Arizona summer a/c system went down. They replaced refrigerant.
4 days later no a/c. They refused to come back and honor their warranty. Buyer beware.

New Post: full split unit install. Very happy with installation, response time and the three techs (Joey, Joe and Noah) who did the installation. Feel that the price was fair. If I had the occasion would highly recommend them and use them again.

Earlier post: I needed a repair company and did not know one they came highly recommended and I was very very happy with their serve their technician was good they were on time I will use them again and I highly recommend them to anybody that I know

We had our 2 units serviced for the summer. They did a GREAT job. They were very thorough, and took their time, and made sure to clean our coils, etc. In the past we have had tune-ups where the technicians were in and out so fast, you wondered what they really did. Not in this case... You could tell the technician took pride in what he was doing, and spent the time needed to thoroughly check out our systems. He also wore booties, a facemask and was very clean! Thank you, and I would highly recommend Extreme Cooling.

I had the absolute best experience dealing with Extreme Cooling. Communication level, incredible. Customer service, the best. Tech and crew were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and on time. Lisa, the operations manager worked with our home warranty company to coordinate the replacement of our unit. Had the crane and crew arrive within minutes of each other. Installed a quality unit at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the outstanding service rendered. Will be doing business with them for all future ac needs.

We have been using this family owned business for several years now. Every time they come to our home, they are punctual, thorough, polite, and professional. They also take the time to explain everything that they are doing and answer our questions.
We just had two new AC unit’s installed and we are very happy with how smoothly it all went with trying to fit all the equipment into the original spaces. It was a big job, but Cory and Scott are wonderful and knowledgeable and did an awesome job for us.

My family was on vacation when our house sitters informed us that our air conditioning was not working. Extreme Cooling was able to evaluate the situation and replace our AC unit within 2 days! (We were offered an option to repair it, but knew it was better to just replace the old unit.) They were quick to respond and wonderful to deal with. I was having trouble with a commercial freezer/fridge unit and had a company come out and tell me it was not worth fixing because it would cost at least $5,000. I called Extreme Cooling and they sent 2 technicians out who did a very thorough job finding the issue which was a relatively inexpensive part that needed to be replaced. Pricing seemed fair and I was extremely pleased with the service! I would absolutely recommend this company to a friend!

Darian Wright did a great job fixing my AC unit and getting it back up and running. He was a life saver. I highly recommend this company!

Darren was prompt, knowledgeable, and our gas fireplace has never looked or run better. We now feel safe turning it on and are looking forward to some cooler Phoenix nights by the fire.
