These guys came out and gave us a 2nd opinion for free. Found the leak in our line (Christian Brothers offered us a leak detection service for $700) they said was obvious. Went up in the attic with the sniffer to make sure no other leaks (other guys just looked at the compressor. So pleased with Nick and Jasper who went above and beyond the call of duty coming back out the next day to fix leak and fill refrigerant. House is back to habitable. Nice and COOOOOOOLLLLLLLLD!! Thank you dudes!

Quick response, prompt window availability. Did not have to devote 1/2 a day to waiting for technician; given a 30 minute window and technician arrived before that. Very clean. Even to the point of double checking after cleaning all tools up. Jasper rocks!

Been a customer for 2 plus years know, Always on time, very accommodating. AC went out Saturday night this past weekend, called the number at 5am Sunday, Technician - Todd was there by 930am and has AC unit running by 10 am, couldn't be happier with there customer service and master technicians. They do offer a yearly service package, that is the only way to go..

They are a state of the art company who from the first phone call to technician at our home,make the service call easy to deal with. We had Todd come out to look at a unit that had been making a horrible noise all week…..until he got there. Even though it was purring like a kitten - Todd did his due diligence and found the cause. Todd is true professional - he really listened to our concerns and took the time to find the issue

I have a semi annual checkup on my HVAC. I have used Grand Canyon Home Services for this service for many years. Actually, my whole section of the neighborhood uses them at this point. They are always on time and very efficient. They have also returned whenever I needed them. I trust them completely and have never been disappointed.

Our technician was very nice. However they did not even diagnose my unit correctly and when I had to have them come back again the next day they finally checked what we said we thought was wrong all along. I called the company to try to see if they can give us a partial refund because the refrigerant was not even a problem it was the fan motor. The logic behind a technicians reasoning made no sense. The lady on the phone when I called back to try to get a partial refund was very rude and did not even talk to the technician to see if we deserved a partial refund. I paid for refrigerant when it was a motor issue. That makes no sense. I will not be using this company again. I am in the service industry and I understand when something has not been done correctly or misdiagnosed.
