Worse customer service ever!!!! Spoke to the woman names Renee?? and she sounds like YELLING to customer and talked like it's our fault since one of her employees gave out wrong information to us. NEVER HEARD A single word SORRY. We understand you guys are third party BUT watch out for words from your mouth. Things can be delayed and we understand BUT the WAY YOU TALK IS A PROBLEM. We are all doing business so advising you should understand what is customer service and especially, we can be your customer in the future. We even think to give you guys mbusiness but guess what?? NO MORE

I would HIGHLY recommend System-Aire in Glendale. We had to have a part replaced in our commercial truck. It is very difficult for us to schedule an appointment with any type of notice. Bill and Renee made it very easy to get our fridge fixed with minimal notice. They were very professional. It took some time to get the temperature just right. Bill worked all week around our schedule to complete the job. Again, I would highly recommend System-Aire to anyone needing work done their AC or fridge units

I have used many different HVAC companies over the years for commercial maintenance and install. Bill Johnson and the crew over at System-Aire are my vendor of choice and have made my job as a facilities director much easier. Whether it is a phone call to Renae or a quick email to request service, they are always ready to send their techs quickly. When something needs done, they take care of it quickly and most always in one trip. When a more complex situation arises, they take the time to explain options and will help to execute your desired fix quickly at a fair price. Can't recommend System-Aire highly enough.

So after my home warranty company took too long to come look at me AC in the middle of an Arizona summer I took action and called System-Aire by chance. A very nice lady on the phone took plenty of time to listen to me complain about me and my dogs being hot and she was even sympathetic. She had a very nice technician at my house in 30 minutes. He took another 30 to diagnose my issue and had a price and a timeline for completion (next morning). I authorized the work and he came back AS PROMISED and fixed me up. I was happy until 2 weeks pasted and old AC stopped working again (different issue). I made the call to System-Arie and once again i have a technician at my house in about 30 minutes, he took 30 minutes to diagnose and quote and within a couple hours me and my dogs were nice and cool once again thanks to System -Arie. They are friendly and i thought their prices where a bit on the low side for the service i got. Even the owner called me and waled my through everything. If you need your AC fixed call System-Aire they ROCK!!!

We have had the pleasure of dealing with the System--Aire Company for almost 8 years now. When we purchased our home here in AZ SRP recommended System--Aire to service our A/C heating system. They were prompt and reasonably priced. Over the years we needed their services on numerous occasions, sometimes emergencies. They always took good care of us and we felt like they cared about us like we were family.
Their employees, Renae and Kyle have been a joy to work with. Renae makes the appointments and deals with us in a very professional and courteous manner, while Kyle has taken excellent care of our A/C and heating system. We absolutely love dealing with such nice people.

Mountainside arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem and replaced the need part. they fully explained the repairs and were very courteous. Great firm.

Our 10 year old unit was struggling to keep up - it had losing Freon in the past - Mountain side Air found a bad service point at the unit and was able to repair quickly once the issue was found! Well worth the service call !

Run. These guys “fixed” my AC multiple times and each time something else broke down. Turns out they used cheap parts. My next option with them was going to have to be to replace the entire unit. Called another company who replaced the part Mountainside did twice, but they used a quality part and I haven’t had any issues since.

Steve is fantastic and his people do a great job! We got a new HVAC and two new thermostats from them. We wouldn’t trust anyone else in the valley for our work.
