Christian came in and performed the preventive maintenance on our HVAC unit, offered some advice on filters and ductwork and was in and out in an hour. Great job! Thank you Mountainside Air for being trustworthy and on time! Greatly Appreciate Tom Doepke and his staff!

Called Mountainside Air for second opinion after my old company (which recently merged with another company) did a maintenance inspection and told me that I needed to replace my furnaces and A/C units. They indicated that one of the furnaces might have a carbon monoxide leak.
Christian from Mountainside Air came and checked my system. He spent an hour checking the a/c units and the furnaces. Although my system is 12 years old, he indicated that it is in working order and he did not find a carbon monoxide leak. I cannot thank Mountainside Air enough for the free second opinion inspection and saving me from unnecessarily replacing my system and saving me $$$$$$ (at least for now). I will be calling Mountainside Air again in the spring for maintenance and will use them when my system does need replacing.

Mountainside was quick to reply when my ac went out and had the best options for replacing it with a new unit. Saved me thousands!!! When we had issues they were right back out and did what they had to figure out what was wrong. I would recommend these guys for a new unit or service to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about Mountainside Air Conditioning. They are extremely communicative and responsive. They are as honest as they come and take care of their customers like they would their own family. My girlfriend and a work colleague of mine both needed their AC units replaced. Tom and his brother Steve replaced both of their units for half the price of anyone else. Not only were they extremely superior when it came to pricing but there wasn’t a single speck of dust on the ground when they were done. Spotless work! They are the only AC experts I will call for myself and recommend to ANYONE when they say they have an AC concern. They are the best in the business if you ask me!

I researched to explore the most reputable air conditioning services and chose Mountainside Air. My system had stopped functioning and they were expedient to replace my air with a much more efficient system. They used floor cloths to remove my attic system and most careful to not disturb and keep clean the surroundings. Not only did they give me a reputable price and followed up with another check to make certain all was in excellent condition. I am very grateful to have their courteous and professional service and definitely know and trust my future maintenance will be professionally safeguarded and maintained.

From the initial installation to the continued maintenance plan Mountainside Air has been completely professional and reliable. I no longer worry about my unit. I do not even remember how much my new unit and installation cost which indicates it was quite reasonable with no additional expenses. Mountainside Air assisted with our AC not working this morning. The service was exceptional and scheduling was a breeze. They worked with me to get someone out first thing so we didn’t have to go the hot AZ day without some much needed cooling. After some parts were swapped out, and a tune up our air conditioner is now running top notch. The team is informative and promptly notified us of the issue at hand! I had a wonderful experience with Mountainside! My AC went out on a Saturday and I was sure I was going to end up having to wait until Monday or pay an arm and a leg. I called Mountainside based off of positive reviews, and not only were they able to get someone right out, they did not charge me extra for weekend rates. They had excellent customer service and it was a positive experience all around. I would definitely use Mountainside again!

I really liked Cristian (service tech) .. he was very friendly but not very informative. He came into the house and shook my hand and introduced himself. He did not seem very knowledgeable regarding a Google Nest. He seemed unaware of how to get to the o/b valve setting which is what he asked me to find on the thermostat. I went through the complete settings menu and did not find any o/b setting.

The unit is an older unit and he will be quoting repair and replacement. He gave me a ball park for replacing the fan motor and it was $1250. I looked up replacement of the motor and the most was $800 including labor. I was shocked to hear $1250 .. it was almost 2x the going rate.

He charged $89 for the service call .. that is not a problem. Where the problem existed was that he did not explain what he did for the $89 service call.

Depending on the quotes, I may or may not use Mountainside Air Conditioning for the repair or replacement. Just too many unanswered questions!

Friday evening and our AC was not cooling. We called Mountainside Air and received a call back from Steve. He had appointments already scheduled for Saturday but called us throughout the morning to let us know when he expected to arrive. After examining the unit he described what was needed and explained our options. He took the time to explain the process and provide a quote. We agreed on the repairs and Steve was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. We are very satisfied with the responsiveness and service provided. Overall a very positive experience.

We knew our AC unit was on its last leg and called Mountainside Air to get a quote. I talked to Candice on the phone and she was super nice and able to give me general pricing right there. I have three kids three and under, so being able to get a quote over the phone without giving all my info was such a relief. She scheduled one of their techs to come out and have a look and make sure the quote was accurate and then she suggested we get a couple other quotes to make sure we’re happy with everything.

Their tech, Steve, came out and gave me the exact pricing as well as a cheaper option and a more expensive option. I assumed the most expensive option would be the best but he actually said it was a little overkill for our house and he thought the middle option would really be the best. He told me to look everything over and then get some more quotes and give him a call when we make a decision, then he left! No lengthy sales pitch or high pressure!

We got scheduled a couple days later and they had a whole team come out and install our unit within a couple hours. All the people were super nice and respectful and answered my questions. They cleaned everything up when they were done and now we have a perfect new unit and it’s sooo quiet. Thank you Mountainside Air!

Mountainside Air was a wonderful company to work with. It all started with Candice who set up my appointment for an air conditioning tune up. I told what I was looking for and she took care of it. The technician (Cristian) she sent out was a very professional and friendly toward me. He talk to me at every step of the way. I was very pleased. I signed up for a one year service agreement and they will be back in six months to service again unless I need the before for any repairs. I feel so much at ease that Mountainside is my go to company to service my A/C.

This company has the absolute pleasure of dealing with home warranty from our builder. Companies that do this always get a short end of the stick. And peeps just love complaining about things they don’t understand.

Yes, I struggled to have my hvac system issue resolved for some time.

I can say this, they didn’t stop trying to make my 2 units function as they should three trips later. Duct issues. I was low on refrigerant, smashed ducts. Air flow issues.

Took them longer then I would like, but now my system is amazing. I have solid air pressure in all rooms. They took the time to listen to me as the home owner not what the engineering paper work said. I wasn’t sure at first, that what they said would happen. Has happened. Couldn’t be happier. My home is less then a year old and last night was our first night we were actually cold and need to turn our thermostat up.

Wow. I came here to complain about my issue, but I can see that poor service is the norm. Drinking on the job too apparently. 2.7 stars currently. 1.6 stars over at Yelp. BBB has them at a D- , no accreditation, and reporting their AZ ROC license currently suspended. And to think I was upset about them doing shoddy work for me that had to be redone by another reputable AC company, costing me $300. Oh well, looks like Sonoran will be out of business soon enough....hopefully.

Edgar was professional and friendly. He explained what he’d be working on and afterwards detailed the repairs made. Took less than one hour for maintenance and minor repairs.

I called two months prior to make an appointment for my yearly maintenance. they informed me the first available date was the first Friday of November. but now we call them and they never had us on record. Obviously this office has issues not to mention that they have a very poor rating and they’re just losing more ratings. I have them scheduled for next Friday and if they do a good job maybe I will add a star or two

We experienced our first AC outage this evening. Within 45 minutes of reporting the issue Cesar had contacted us to clarify what the issue was, called back to advise he was almost to our home, arrived/assessed the unit, made repairs, and promised a follow up call Monday morning to check in on us. This happened at almost 8pm on a Friday! I never thought this could have gone so smoothly.

Jose our service technician was very thorough. Spoke kindly and explained process of what he did. Jose is 100% top notch with customer service. Thank you Jose.
