I just had Sonoran mechanical systems come out for my annual tuneup on my air-conditioning units. Jose was the technician and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything throughly. He took great care and provided excellent customer service!

Sammy is an amazingly competent and caring professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly, arrived on time, worked very hard to get the a/c replaced and dealt with the challenges with the location of the unit. I am scheduling replacement of the second unit because he is the best.

They were so pleasant, honest and reasonable and clearly have integrity, which is such a rarity in my experience. I've used Sammy 3 times now and total care has always been very honest and fair. The other two times were for rental properties I was helping out on but today he saved my butt at the house. I am in the area from Florida visiting my friend who is wheelchair bound. The AC stopped working late on Friday night. At 7am Saturday morning we called Sammy after looking on Google for someone who might be able to do a same day repair. He answered the phone himself and was out within 30 minutes. Had us up and running within the hour. Very courteous, professional and kind. It is nice to know when I head home that my friend will have a HVAC person she can count on. I had company and my A/C that controlled main living area and back bedrooms went down around 11pm on Friday night. Early Saturday Morning I reached out to Sammy at Total care Heating & Cooling he can immediately came by and checked the A/C and replaced a fan that was weak, in the end it also needed a breaker replaced, Sammy came back and replaced that breaker for me. Sammy was amazing. He was the only person to answer when my A/C went out on July 4th. He showed up within a couple hours to fix. He was so amazing that i even used him to replace my 2nd unit that was running on it's last leg. He priced very well and 100% knows what he is doing. Very true professional.

Total Care Heating and Cooling responded quickly and found a simple solution after 2 other companies were quick to hand me quotes for an entire ac system replacement. Honesty and integrity in an independent hvac company. I totally recommend.

My AC was working when I went to take a shower and then when I got out, my Nest was suddenly saying that I had no AC unit and it wouldn’t turn on. I reached out to Sammy who was booked solid, but he said he would get me in first thing in the morning. An hour later, he called and said his next appt was not answering, so he was going to give them a little bit and if they still didn’t answer, he would come over. Thankfully, he was able to come over and found out that my unit had blown a fuse in the power part and he replaced it. Immediately, my ac turned on and was blowing cold air. He stayed to make sure it was cooling and working okay, and said if anything else happened to let him know right away, but I should be good to go. It’s been working fine since! I was also very impressed with his pricing especially since it was what I felt was an emergency call. I will absolutely be using Sammy for my future scheduled maintenance and any repairs I may need. 100%, you can’t go wrong with Sammy!

I can’t say enough good things or recommend Sammy and his crew enough. Sammy and his team always do a great job but not only that, they clearly care about people more than the bottom line. I’ve had Sammy out to perform repairs a few times and he’s always phenomenal.

We had an issue with a coolant leak due to a broken coil and Sammy made sure to get everything cooling before the part came in so my kids wouldn’t be hot. It ended up taking about 2 months for the part but Sammy always kept us updated and checked in to make sure things were still good for my kiddos. You don’t see many people doing business this way and really caring anymore the way he does.

I’ve been looking for an HVAC person for years and most companies overcharge for everything. Sammy runs his business not just to overcharge and make money but to make sure he takes care of everyone like his own family. I will always recommend Sammy to anyone needing their AC looked at and I’ll make sure to spread all the positive feedback about him and his company.

Sammy has been an air conditioning HERO to us over the years! He did a fast, complete, cost-effective job on one of our units... and then on July 4th when the big fella heard a funny sound (the compressor on the other unit dying) it was one call to Sammy who picked up, was here the next morning, and had a crane and a Trane in our driveway the next day. Excellent service and responsiveness!
