Exceptional Service All Around
We had multiple issues during the cooler months. We had exceptional service from the head administration team to the tech that came out to service the unit. We have a unit from the previous ownership that has given issues throughout time. This team was exceptional to work with.

1st AirCo did a great job at fixing my home Air Conditioning Unit. I contacted them in the morning for service, and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule on the same day. Trevor arrived within the scheduled time, and he contacted me 20 minutes prior to his arrival at my home. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and gave me accurate estimates for the repairs needed on my AC unit. Customer service was great. AC was repaired and my house is cold.

1st AirCo installed my system over a decade ago, and have been servicing the unit semi-annually ever since. Tom, Trevor, Mason and Nick - all quality guys, that do professional work. If you need it done right the first time, I can't think of a better company to recommend.

UPDATE: November 2023 - This past summer, Trevor, Austin and the 1st AirCo team installed a mini-split system on my back patio I had enclosed. The system was professionally installed and has been working great throughout the VERY hot summer we had. I recently asked them to provide options for replacing my 12-year old system with a new unit to take advantage of the higher efficiency units out there and tax rebates available to offset the cost. Austin turned around two options for consideration in less than 24 hours. 1st AirCo is the best....I won't go anywhere else.

The technician was great. He was thorough at his craft. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very well mannered and had great customer service. I would definitely recommend his services, he deserves a pay raise!!

1st AirCo did a great job replacing a much needed air compressor. They are very reliable and trust worthy. I highly recommend them.

I have never left a review or survey. But, the service I received from 1st AirCo has blown me away. My service tech Alex, could not have been more professional or easier to work with. He was thorough and knowledgeable about my equipment. I will continue to use 1st AirCo as my service company and refer anyone to them as well.

Quick service, great guy 'Alex' the technician that helped me figure out what my issue was very quickly, within 10 minutes. Great company, highly recommended.

Happened across 1st AirCo through a recommendation from a friend after some bad experiences with a few other companies. Tried using the company that installed the unit for the previous owners, big mistake... Then I went to a cheap company, and we'll they're cheap for a reason...

So now 1st AirCo has been keeping me cool for the past 3 years. Quality work and a good price. Really good to work with. From the office to the techs, I have not had a bad experience.

Service man was Alex/Alec?? He was super polite and professional. He thoroughly explained everything about what he was doing and how our system worked. Our AC is operating very well and needed no repairs. He answered all our questions and confirmed what we thought about using the AC to maintain maximum performance. Making the appointment was easy to do. They kept me informed and the technician called to let me know he was on the way. Once Alex got here, he listened to what I wanted and took care of my needs. The entire experience was very nice and efficient.
