He has the best prices, was very quick to respond and made sure everything was completed and also submitted the warranty as well. He also modified the intake so we can now use standard size filters. Very very happy with the work and the cost.

This is the air conditioning repair that you want. We have had Sammy out to our house three times now and I have never been disappointed. He is very prompt and professional. He is so gracious and consistent with showing me what exactly is wrong and how he needs to fix it. More than anything, I appreciate his honesty. He is not looking to cheat you out of money and tell you something is wrong when it’s not. I have also had him over to fix my dad‘s air conditioner and have recommended him to my friends.

Had a leaking AC system dripping at the inside of the front door. They were able to fit me in within 24 hrs and showed up on time the next day. First of all Sammy is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was more then fair in his pricing. I purchased a Trane A/C and Furnace along with an air purifier. His crew was efficient and also personable. Sammy was thorough in explaining my new equipment and answered all questions before and after the install. They cleaned up when they were done so left no print of being here. Pretty amazing when you think that they removed a furnace and placed a new one going through a trap door in my closet. They arrived at the time he said they would and were done in about 4 hours. I would highly recommend Total Care Heating &Cooling. If you want a professional job at a fair price then look no further. After having a system replacement declined by two other company's due to having vaulted ceilings making it very difficult to access the return that needed to be replaced due to being too small for the required machine. Sammy and his crew are very prompt, skilled and professional. We had another quote for the same system that was $3500 more than what Sammy quoted us. Sammy arrived on time as promised and installed the Trane equipment in less than five hours. We highly recommend this company and will use Total care heating & cooling in the future for all our cooling and heating needs. Our house is much cooler than with our old system and cools much quicker. Don’t look any further, this company has quality equipment at the best prices!!

Last Monday, one of our A/C thermostats kept showing a higher temp than what we had it set for. I called Total Care and the owner of the company came over to look at it within 30 minutes. He determined the fan was not turning on but the compressor was. He told me we could replace the fan but there was a chance the compressor was going bad too and might not turn on. I told him I understand the risk and wanted to try replacing the fan to start. Sure enough, after replacing the fan, the compressor would not turn on. So we had to replace the entire unit. He thoroughly educated me on our options for replacement. We accepted the quote for a new unit but they were a week and a half out to install it. He put something temporary on it that made the compressor automatically kick on and it lasted the entire time so our air worked the week and a half. He did not charge us for whatever he attached to the unit so we would have air until it was replaced. Over the top service! I would highly recommend Total Care.
