Edgar went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We have been having issues with our A/C and he’s been extremely helpful in getting everything fixed. My wife is pregnant and our upstairs A/C stopped working and made it difficult for her to sleep. Edgar answered my direct phone call and showed up and hour later to make sure we were taken care of in the short term while he ordered a part and ensured a long term fix. Extremely grateful for his willingness to show up after hours to help us.

My Sonoran rep (Edgar A.) was very helpful. He originally fixed an issue in the attic, and after a recent inspection he returned to look more into some other related issues that came about from the initial leak. He was professional and very helpful in explaining some of the concerns.

Jose from Sonoran Mechanical came to my home today to do a yearly maintenance check on my HVAC system. He called when he was 20 minutes from me. He was here for an hour checking units outside and then the furnace inside. He was neat and thorough. He answered all questions and was very friendly. I will ask for Jose again next year.

Javier at Sonoran Mechanical Systems was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable! He was able to service our broken air conditioner last minute on a Friday night, after sunset. He was able to place a temporary part to take care of us over the weekend and ordered the replacement part immediately. Javier promptly replaced the broken part two weeks later once the part was available and delivered, without any issues. Great work, we appreciate Javier’s expertise and careful attention to detail. Our air conditioner no longer makes loud metal grinding noises. Thank you!!!!

I was having a problem with the exhaust fan over my stovetop. The fan was extremely loud and was pulling no air into the system. Javier was able to diagnose the issue and got me up and running in no time. Javier and his partner Karim were very respectful of my home, putting booties on and off while entering and exiting my home. Javier was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. like for Ellison to be the service technician who returns to perform the repair work on our unit!

I recently noticed oil leaking from my compressor line on the outdoor air conditioning unit. Sonoran was the company that installed the air conditioning in my 2023 new build home. It was determined that the leak came from a bad install of closet components and was not the fault of Sonoran AC install. I had to call Sonoran on this issue multiple times and every single time they were very responsive and helpful (thank you Ashley). For example, I called on a Thursday evening at approximately 8 PM and the technician was at my house within the hour. My technician, Edgar, came out a few times for this issue as we were trying to eliminate possibilities and figure out where the leak was coming from without tearing my house apart. He was very professional and polite and answered all my questions without hesitation. I am very pleased at the response as well as the work performed by Sonoran on my Freon leak issue. HUGE thank you to Edgar and Sonoran for keeping me and my family comfortable during the summer heat!

I had the same tech come out, Edgar, and once again he proves why I gave Sonoran Mechanical 5 Stars. This visit was a check to absolutely make sure that the leak was fixed prior to the wonderful Arizona summer heat. Edgar was very polite, professional, and kept me up to date with arrival time. He answered all my questions without hesitation and didn't seem annoyed with them. Thanks again Sonoran and Edgar for making sure my HVAC system is functioning properly.

Karim did an amazing job on the annual maintenance job. He fixed things previous techs had missed and even leveled my unit.

Edgar went above and beyond to take care of my elderly neighbor who had been without AC for 2 days. It was late and he had already had a long day but knew she needed help! So he got approval from his supervisor to take the call. He had her AC up and running within an hour!

My builder TriPointe homes subcontract through this company to fix air vents and other HVAC issues.

They would either miss the appointment time (3x) or bring the wrong part for replacement air vent (4x). It was a job to replace an air vent and the job got dragged out for months because of their incompetence.

Avoid these guys.

Karim did his job sincerely by analyzing where the problem is and helped to replace the parts that are noisy and adjusted the rooms temperature to the desired ones. He is respectful, very patient in listening the problems and get them fixed.

David came out for our annual check and was extremely informative and courteous. While doing the inspection, he noticed a manufacturer defect in the wiring that caused it to melt. Had he not noticed and fixed the issue, it could have arced and caused a fire. Great job!
