Great, really fast service. Showed up when they said and within a few hours. Knew what the problem was gave a quote got the part and fixed same day. A little expensive but I called around and that is just the price. They were honest , on time and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I don’t need. I highly recommend.

Had their technician Christian over at my house for a tuneup on my furnace before winter season. He was on time, thorough, kept a very clean, working environment, and was very communicative the entire time. I did not feel pressured to do anything, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other companies in the area. Would definitely recommend using Mountainside Air.

Mountainside Air is a terrific company. Tom and Steve have serviced my AC since it's install. They provide excellent service at a fair price.

The company responded quickly with short notice. We had an emergency that they were able to save us from. The technician gave us a few options and took great care of us. I feel like this company and the service did a great job!

In less than 24 hours of contract signing, our new machine is mounted on our roof and ready for business. Raul showed up on time with a team of people. Not a wasted move. Josh had the sense to reverse the opening for the cold air return so it wasn't a hazard if left open to service (it used to be in the middle of a traffic pattern where a head injury was possible. Now it opens over a counter). He intuitively saw it as an issue and just handled it. It's those little things that make doing business with a firm a positive experience.

Cristian and Josh did the original estimate and recommended a slightly larger unit due to the high ceiling volume in the area this heat pump serves. It was also a higher efficiency unit which resulted in it being eligible for the energy credit from Uncle Sam. (Spoiler: We had another quote. No such discussion and the quote was higher, by not-a-little-bit, for a lesser piece of equipment and no tax credit.)

The new machine is quieter than a church mouse and the air volume in rooms where the old unit struggled is much more robust.

So, in conclusion: Mountainside wants to earn your business. Have a cohesive team. Employ people who can think and problem solve. Offer competitive pricing. They work efficiently, keep their word, and, most importantly, are available. I might also add that we live out in the boonies.... not all companies will come out here to provide service without a "surcharge'. Was not an issue with Mountainside Air.

Installed a ductless air conditioner for my home a few years ago and it is the best investment I have made. They fixed a problem with the system during a very humid summer. Great company and honest service. 5 stars all around.

As a veteran myself, I always try to support veteran companies and contractors. Steve and Mountainside Air replaced one of my HVAC units a couple years ago. They coordinated with the roofing company who had to make repairs which required removal of the unit first, then the roofing company did their work, then Mountainside Air returned to place the new unit. They also installed a new thermostat. Service was exceptional! I plan to have Mountainside Air replace the second unit in 2026 which is 18 years old. Truly professional veteran owned company!

This was our first visit with Mountainside Air. We requested an appointment for a second opinion. Cristian arrived on-time, he was honest and showed us detailed pictures of our a/c unit, along with informing us when we will need service. He didn’t try to sell us anything, which was so refreshing! We scheduled our next service, in the next few months, as he advised. They have definitely earned our trust!

Mountainside Air came out same day late on a Friday afternoon to troubleshoot and were able to schedule our installation for the following Monday without keeping us waiting. The service was quick and pain free. I would definitely use them again.

Steve and his team did a great job for us 2 years ago, we had 6 other neighbors get new Trane Units from Mountainside in our complex and we have all been very happy. They were on time, professional, efficient and have kept in touch for servicing and maintenance scheduling. Steve explained our choices for each of us and made sure everyone was good to go!
