I had a fantastic experience with Total Care for my AC tune-up and maintenance, having decided to try them for the first time this spring based on their great reviews. Sammy, the owner and operator, was excellent from start to finish. He communicated clearly leading up to the appointment and throughout the service. He was punctual, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, there was no pressure to buy anything extra—just honest, professional service.

A couple of weeks after the tune-up, one of my units unexpectedly failed. My wife called Sammy, and he had it up and running within two hours! He only charged for the part, explaining that he considered the system “under warranty” because of his recent visit. That level of integrity and customer care makes Sammy and Total Care stand out. Highly recommend Total Care!

This company is amazing and so responsive! Our AC broke on a Friday night after 7 PM, I left a message at about 7:30 PM and they called me back within 20 minutes. They were here first thing in the morning on Saturday, found the problem but unfortunately, the part they needed wouldn’t be available until Monday. However, they were here first thing Monday morning and had it fixed in less than an hour. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend Sammy and this company to anybody who needs a repair or replacement!

Excellent job from Sammy and team, from start to finish. We found Total Care Heating and Cooling through Google, called and reached Sammy, and he was on site within an hour to inspect our malfunctioning condensing unit. Sammy was very open and enjoyed explaining his diagnostic process without being asked, which helped us to feel comfortable with him and showed his high integrity. Sammy put a quote together quickly, communicated promptly, and his price was by far the most competitive for the same brand of equipment. Sammy didn't charge for his service call, and never mentioned a need to charge, even after we told him we were getting other quotes. We received three total diagnostic calls and three quotes for replacement. All three diagnoses pointed to a grounded compressor. We selected Total Care Heating & Cooling, and two days later, Sammy's team installed our new condensing unit professionally and efficiently. He delivered on every promise. Sammy would do very well in a customer service or hospitality role which is rare to find in his chosen profession. Thanks Sammy and team, and look forward to using your services again to replace our second aging condenser & furnace (but hopefully not too soon!) :)

Unlike every other HVAC company I’ve ever used. Sammy is very responsive and on-time for an appointment. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very reasonable pricing. Sammy came highly recommended from FIVE of my friends who recently used him to replace their air conditioners. Everyone had great things to say about his product, workmanship, service, and price. Sammy was a professional from the moment he walked through the door and slipped on booties over his shoes, and that same professionalism showed itself throughout the entire process. He was honest in the sales process and didn’t try to oversell. He and his workers were sure to care for our home by laying down drop cloths through all of the walkways in the house where they did work, and they cleaned up after themselves. I will use him again and I highly recommend him to anyone needing AC work done.

My dad was getting some estimates from other companies that were $4,000 more. Sammy’s estimate at a significant lower price and the reviews on his quality and integrity of his work helped make the decision to give him the job. So thankful we went with total care heating and cooling. My dad just raves about how Sammy and his helpers did the job so quickly and efficiently. They even cleaned up their work area and that meant a lot to my dad.

In a sorta similar situation as another reviewer, it started to get warm out and we realized our A/c was not functioning properly. Scary and upsetting, as we have a 4 week old baby. Came out that night to assess the situation and had it fixed, after some troubleshooting due to the weird way our a/c was apparently put in, two days later. Especially thankful for the promptness considering the lockdown situation we’re in. Highly recommended!!
