Tyler and Fabian cleaned my living room carpet which had fallen victim to my new puppy. They were able to remove all stains and odor! They were knowledgeable and professional, and I’ll definitely be requesting them in the future.

Is it possible to leave ZERO stars?? The worst customer service i have ever received. They not only made my rug WORSE, they also told me for over a week they would fix it and never came back. On top of this they charged my elderly father 200 and pressured him into a large tip. We should take these crooks to court!

Emmanuel was amazing! He went above and beyond with cleaning the carpets in my rental property. He was quick, professional, and honest about pricing and what needed to be done. Also demonstrated expert knowledge in this area. I would 10/10 recommend him to family & friends.

Nate from the Phoenix office came last minute to clean my carpet and I need to tell you that Nate must have a phd in carpet cleaning! He new exactly what the trouble spots were and what would be the best thing to use moving forward after he took his time and cleaned every inch of my upstairs and stairs! Nate is very professional and has stellar customer service and care! I will always request him when I have my carpets cleaned as this is a very tough job yet he does it with ease! Thank you Nate!

Set up an appointment for carpet cleaning. Called on a Sunday and they picked up right away and were able to come next day. They did an amazing job making our carpets look new again. Jillian and Christian both did a fantastic job with no pressure at all. Very friendly and great service. I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies but this company did much better.

I had some chairs and ottomans cleaned and they did an incredible job of getting them clean. There were spots soiled with general wear and they were able to get them looking brand new again. Tyler and Chris did an outstanding job and I recommend Steam Master. They followed up with me after to be sure I was happy with the outcome the following day.

I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the individuals I encountered during my recent experience. They are, without a doubt, the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Not only do they charge exorbitant prices for their services, but they also managed to damage my product without offering any form of compensation or resolution. Furthermore, the owner is an exceptionally poor communicator, often providing misleading information every time I attempted to reach out for clarification. Based on my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to anyone.

Cuba did a very great job cleaning the carpet and really attacking our heavy traffic areas. Our rug and chairs look brand new. Very good job and willingness to work with you.

I called last minute requesting a steam clean for my bedroom carpet and area rug and they were able to squeeze me in that same day. They arrived within schedule and although the price is a little steep, I paid for convenience and quality so I’m not complaining! 5 stars for them going out of their way for a customer 👍🏼

Cristian and Hector were awesome!!! They left my carpets looking brand new. They were also extremely knowledgeable and even showed us bits of the process along the way. We have a problem corner with doggie pee, and they recommended proper treatments to make it like new. The team also followed up afterward via phone call to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Thorough!!!
