Constraction reviews in Phoenix, Arizona

I just had Ryan Smalstig and Jesse Gonzalez come clean all of our carpets. They did such an amazing job! Not only were they really knowledgeable and professional, they were also extremely detail oriented and ensured everything was done to perfection!! 5/5 star rating and will be recommending them to everyone!

I spoke with several companies in the area before choosing Michael & Steam Cleaners, and I’m so glad I did!

He was incredibly informative and took the time to answer all of my questions. He walked the entire project with me and provided recommendations at three different price points, which was exactly what I was looking for for our tile & grout cleaning as well as air duct cleaning.

We were moving into a home that had been vacant for a long time, and the tile, grout, and air ducts were in very rough shape. The grout was extremely dirty and the air ducts were full of dust, but Michael worked for over 9 hours and did an amazing job. The transformation was truly night and day.

We will absolutely be using Steam Master Cleaning again and will be recommending Michael to all of our friends.

Tyler and Sonny visited my neighbors and we just had to stop by. We saw how good if a job they were doing and had them do ours next. And boy do our carpets look great! Thank you Steam Master and your good looking knowledgeable technicians. 10/10

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided. From start to finish, my experience with your company was outstanding. I particularly want to commend your technician, Michael Teague. He was a true professional throughout the entire process. The quality of his work is exceptional. Thank you again for the fantastic job. I look forward to working with you in the future.

Tyler steam cleaned our carpets and they look better then when we moved in. Amazing service, answered all our questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend for a deep and thorough carpet clean. We had 6 rooms cleaned and sanitized and they came out looking incredible. I will give him a call again soon.

Michael came to our home and did an amazing job! We have tile floors that had been cleaned in 3 year and he made them look brand new. Very happy with the work. Great job Michael and team.

✨Steam Master Cleaning did really great on my Area Rug! This professional had stopped by his name is Fabian. I really appreciated the hard work he had put in to get the stains out of my Carpet. I was worried the stains wouldn’t ever come out due to the light colored carpet. Super Grateful as he talked me through the steps he would be using! Such a wonderful guy! Had too Rate 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you ✨

We called them and were able to get our carpet cleaned same day! Our service provider was Rey he was very nice and explained everything for us and gave us a great deal. Our before and after pictures speak for themselves. We are very satisfied. Would definitely book again. We had just gotten a puppy and finally got her house trained so tackling our carpet was first on our list.

Michael and Calvin were outstanding. Extremely thorough, professional, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They took their time, explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was done right.

My couch looks and feels like new. Highly recommend them if you want the job done properly!

Tyler was extremely professional! We are a family of 7 with 2 little ones and had the carpets in all 6 rooms cleaned. They look better than they did when my family and I moved in 6 months ago. As a renter, I feel better knowing the carpets are steam cleaned and sanitized. Will definitely be using his services again!

Had my 2 carpets and the couch cleaned. Cuba was great and communicative. Include photos the difference was amazing! Will use them again.

I am hosting Christmas this year and needed my couches cleaned. I’m very glad I chose Steam Master Cleaning Phoenix. Tyler came out and did the job for me. Tyler was very professional and very knowledgeable on the services provided. He did such a great job!! I’m very happy with the results. And I was able to stay in my budget range. Now I’m ready to have my guest over for the holidays! Thank you!

The services I received from Voda was fantastic! Jeremy the guy that did my floors and upholstery did an amazing job! I have already referred my friends to get their floors cleaned by Voda.

I can’t say enough great things about Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Phoenix. From the very first phone call, they were responsive, friendly, and totally professional. I had my carpets and tile cleaned, and the difference is night and day—everything looks and smells amazing.

Special thanks to Jeremy, Elijah, and Tucker—these guys are pros. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and just overall pleasant to have in my home. They also exercised incredible care around my Beanie Baby collection, which, for the record, is not for sale. (And no, this review is not an opportunity for anyone to contact me about my Beanie Baby collection. Seriously. Don’t.)

The team was thoughtful enough to move around display cases with caution, and even made sure no dust or moisture got near my more rare plushes. I really appreciated the attention to detail—both in cleaning and in respecting my home and belongings. Again, the Beanie Babies are not for sale.

Also, while it’s not the most important detail, it’s worth noting that the crew brings a certain charisma with them that you don’t usually expect during home restoration visits. Let’s just say, Voda’s team is as polished as their work.

If you’re looking for reliable, top-quality service (and people you’ll actually enjoy having in your home), I highly recommend Voda. Already looking forward to having them back—just not for Beanie Baby inquiries.

I had water damage in my kitchen due to RO tank issues. My kitchen was flooded and cabinets/floors ruined… I thought. I heard about Voda and reached out. They quickly took care of me and my home, bringing it back to life. They were effective, efficient and very easy to work with. Would use again and highly recommend!

Carpet professional was friendly, thorough and efficient. Carpets and couch turned out really well! Price was reasonable and they were able to fit me in last minute also and didnt charge me extra for it. Now that's what I call service!

Voda was top notch professional from the start. Communication was perfect and the work they did made my carpets look brand new. Highly recommend this company for any of your needs!

5 STARS!! I highly recommend Voda for their amazing communication and customer service. I had a mold issue in the guest bathroom and needed to replace half the shower and parts of the bathroom area. They came out right away and helped process go smooth and safely. They were very thorough and knowledgeable in answering any questions that I had. Very professional and very sweet team. They were super friendly and right on time.

Outstanding service from Voda Cleaning! My carpets have never looked better—fresh, spotless, and like new again. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough, making sure every stain and spot was taken care of. The results exceeded my expectations, and the carpets dried quickly with no residue left behind. If you’re looking for top-notch carpet cleaning, Voda Cleaning is definitely the way to go. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Voda cleaning. We thought we needed new carpet, after Tucker and Elijah cleaned our carpet it looks like new carpet. They also educated us on the amount of dog hair that was in our carpet. Excellent customer service, very professional and extremely courteous and no hidden fees. It was pleasant to have knowledgeable technicians. We will definitely be using them again for our carpet cleaning needs.

I had these guys come and clean our tile, it was so dirty I didn't even know the grout color. They cleaned beautifully and I actually see the grey grout not brown. Thank you Voda Cleaning and Restoration of Greater Phoenix, you are awesome
