I was completely surprised by the results. Phoenix tile and grout were able to remove all of the stains on my white tile and white grout. I didn’t think that was possible. I will absolutely use this company again in the future!!

As a General Contractor, we are only as good as the professionals we hire to help us with our jobs. Phoenix Tile and Grout Cleaning is our go-to company for cleaning all types of tile and stone. Logan and his team are responsive to our requests and the results are always outstanding!

The grout looks significantly better. However, I’ve cleaned my tile floors multiple times (10+) since the cleaning with warm water, swiffer fluid, hot water and dish soap- no matter what I use I cannot rid the floors of a film left over from the service. They also have a sticky feeling in some spots and are incredibly slick in others. The corners around the house have a buildup of whatever they used and had to be scrubbed off. There were areas under furniture that couldn’t be reached and there’s a clear yellow tinted area where the floors were treated, leaving a line about 6 inches under the furniture. It’s become less noticeable with the excessive cleaning in an attempt to remove the film. The two employees offered to help move furniture back after they were done, but after seeing the way my table was handled (picked up in a way I specifically asked them not to as it’ll break it) I opted to do it myself. I really wanted to give them 5 stars. They were kind and polite. The grout looks better. BUT I shouldn’t have to hire an additional floor cleaner to clean up the film left from their service.
