Constraction reviews in Phoenix, Arizona

Logan and Joe at Phoenix Tile And Grout Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my natural stone tile!! We were worried that the rug lines would never go away but they were able to make them completely disappear! If you live in the North Phoenix area I would highly recommend checking these guys out. Very nice people and fair prices.

Logan and Joe really did a great job. My floor looks like brand new. I would highly recommend to use their services.

My wife and I are very happy with Logan and Joe's outstanding work on our tile ,grout cleaning, and repairs/restoration. I attached our before and after photos. The tiles and grout look brand new again. Logan and his team also did an amazing job cleaning up after everything was finished. I would highly recommend to use their services!

Logan was very professional and efficient. He and his team were prompt and did a great job. I will use there services again when the time comes.

A big shout out to Logan and Joe for the fabulous job they did cleaning my Mom's Saltillo tile! I don't think it had ever been cleaned professionally or sealed and they brought it back to life! We had serious doubts about the bathrooms, but these two certainly overcame that! Love the glossy finish. We'd definitely do it again, and definitely recommend them as professionals, with competitive pricing. Overall, great guys, hard workers, ready to put their knowledge to work for you!

If given as an option, I would give more than 5 stars for the work Phoenix Tile and Grout did in our home.
Floors look amazing as you can see in pictures.
Logan provided great customer service.
Logan told us our floors would look brand new. Yes, he was correct.
For anyone needing Tile and Grout cleaning give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

Logan and Joe are young professionals who take great pride in their work. They did an excellent job refinishing our Saltillo tile. Highly recommend!

Justin was very professional and great to work with. We were out of State during the project. He kept us updated date on the progress with phone calls and pictures. Highly recommended him and his company!

Very professional and work completed on time

These guys are great...friendly, quick to respond, and know their business. Definitely a keeper.

Cleaned tile and resealed the grout. Awesome job and floor still clean after almost a year.

Was very professional and on time great work attitude to any situation he ran into, will definitely be using again for the rest of my house four thumbs up 👍

Newgen sealed the tile in my home in '18. Still going strong and looks great. Timely, honest, professional...will definitely use again

After looking at the top cleaning businesses, and meeting rude people and dealing with incompetent workers, I found Newgen Surfaces Cleaning Services to be the opposite. I talked with the owner one-on-one and found him to be understandable, friendly, answered all my questions, and even provided good advice for maintaining my carpet clean. I’ll definitely keep using their service and I would highly recommended this cleaning service.

Working with Justin was great. Knowledgeable about all our options, able to turn on a dime when we changed our mind, works clean and fast, true to his word. Highly recommend.

Very professional and friendly with a lot of knowledge on tile and grout flooring. We had Justin come out to clean our tile before putting our home back on the market for sale. It sold in 9 days after he came out! Highly recommend these guys for any cleaning needs.

Excellent job fixing broken tiles on my patio which other specialists wouldnt accept the job due to not standard existing tiles.

Excellent job cleaning granite tile counters, they looked cleaner after NewGen came by than when they were installed.

I would definitely recommend for grout and tile work and even the deep clean on old couches looked great

Owned by a great guy who came in to replace our carpets with porcelain wood tile, was always the first one on site in the morning and did excellent work laying out the tile. Over all we are extremely happy for the fair price and exceptionally level and even work. We learned some things too through the process and he provided great care instructions for our floors.

If you want a good floor at a competitive price I highly recommend Newgen. We will be bringing them back in the future for other projects in our home.

I am very happy with the remodeling job done by Newgen Surfaces Tiling Renovations. They started on time and completed the work in a professional manner. I was kept apprised of the project and if I had questions, I was promptly given answers. I would choose them again if needed and urge others to consider Newgen. A five-star job.

Architectural restoration! Decorative tile, no longer in production, fell off and broke into pieces. Justin at Newgen helped me find a solution I could afford without replacing the whole surround. Great company, great guy.

We waited 4 years just to find the right tile, but we found a great tile guy in a few days. With Justin the tile guy there us true craftsman an integrity that needs no grand introduction, only the patient eye of someone who recognizes quality when they see it. That is precisely what I found in Justin the Tile Guy and his remarkable crew.

From the moment they arrived, there was a sense of calm professionalism, a confidence not born of arrogance but of experience and care. They treated my home with the kind of respect one might show a cherished space—tidy, precise, and utterly focused.

My kitchen backsplash now complete doesn’t simply “look good.” It sings. The lines are clean, the symmetry flawless, and the details handled with the grace of a seasoned artist. It’s as though the tiles themselves had been waiting all this time to find the right hands to bring them to life.
