Chris came out to reconnoiter what we needed done and provide an estimate. He was on-time and professional. After discussing with Chris, we elected to go ahead with 2 separate jobs. Joe then came out to do the 2 jobs. He, too, was right on time. He was really good about discussing the processes with me and even stopped the 1st job to come and get me to show me the difference between what he had done and what remained of the untouched tile. I appreciated this. We HAD some severely dirty saltillo tile on the back patio. It isn't dirty anymore. Joe did yeoman's work getting it cleaned. We're very happy. Joe then turned his attention to job #2 - a shower in desperate need of new caulking. Not only did he complete this job to our satisfaction, but he actually called back shortly after he left and said he had found a different caulk color that he thought would look much better in our shower than the one he had just applied. We agreed, and Joe came back, regrouted in short order, and, you know what? Joe was right; it looked even better with the second color he found. Wow. Not actually used to that kind of dedication anymore. We'll absolutely use them again when the opportunity arises.

I am a freak about my floors. My beautiful travertine tile had gotten impossible for me to clean. In spite of my endless efforts, it still looked dirty. I thought it was beyond hope. Today, after having the tile cleaned & the grout painted, it looks like it did the day it was installed. This is nothing short of a miracle. I was hesitant to do the grout painting, but am so glad I did, that made a huge difference. It completely restored my floors!!! A very efficient company, they do excellent work, and the final product is as promised.

Logan did an amazing job removing the mold and cleaning/repairing/staining all of the grout in my shower and bathroom floor. My bathroom looks brand new. To begin, the technician was on time. He did a great job but lacked some materials on his vehicle to do the best job possible for our situation. I placed a call and they scheduled a time to come back. They completed the work at no extra charge and we are extremely pleased with their work product. The price was very competitive and the quality of work was excellent. We recommend their services to everyone and will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

I came across this company based on its good reviews and after having Logan and Joe come, the reviews lived up to its standards! They were both very professional. Showed up on time, walked me through the process and explained what was happening step by step. We recently moved into a new home and the tile floor wasn’t very clean. We needed something more than just moping and sweeping. Logan and Joe did an outstanding job on sealing our grout and cleaning the floor to our standards of clean. We walk barefoot at home and the results of this cleaning allowed us to do that comfortably. I highly recommend Logan and Joe to do floor and tile cleaning. I was impressed right off the bat when I called and talked to Logan. He is so knowledgeable and very friendly. He was great in communicating appointment time and followed up. Joe came to do the work. Such. Hard working, pleasant guy. He explained everything in detail and did a great job. The grout was very dirty and so was the tile. I knew it wasn’t possible to get it looking perfect without having them do the color sealer which we didn’t do as we just wanted an improvement and it looks so much cleaner and better. You can see in the photos how dark the grout was and then it was lighter once Joe was done. Highly recommend them!
