These guys are great, after I filed an insurance claim on my roof they came and met my insurance adjuster on site and made sure everything was taken care of. High-level communication and took care of everything for us!

Great company! They did an awesome job on my roof at a fair price. Professional, efficient, and quality work. Highly recommend!

I bought a home in central Phoenix that needed a lot of work. Thankfully, Sam Lamphere and the team at Ultra Building Solutions went above and beyond—not only making it livable but exceeding my expectations in both quality and affordability. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail have truly transformed the space! Sam is always responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend working with UBS!

Sam is awesome and I’ve had a great experience with him. I would recommend this company to anyone!

We could not be more pleased with the quality of work Samuel's crew did on our roof.
They were very professional and efficient. Communication was excellent! We would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I'm Lydia Hanlon, I'm very satisfied with the job that Thomas Yulo and team did at 4035 E Rowel, PHX, and I would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors. Also, the price quotes was more than fair!

After a huge wind and rainstorm we had Ultra Building Solutions come assess our roof because several rows of shingles were lost. They came the day we called them and gave us the good news that there was no other damage and that they could repair our missing shingles. They were back out in 2 days and had replaced them with an exact match to our shingles. It was super important to us because it was on the front of our house and it’s a short term rental so has to look good! I highly recommend Ultra Building Solutions for their fast and professional service!
Oh and the guy mentioned they have HVAC services so we scheduled a tech to come out. He didn’t try to sell us anything, did a clean and check and said we were good to go. Said we had another couple years on it. With its age he could have tried to get us to replace it, so I was very impressed.

Had a new roof paint and gutters done I am very pleased with the work. It was cost effective and done with care and efficiency. All the workers were very polite. I highly recommend :) Will look to ultra building solutions for any future work!

Ultra building solutions helped us transform our home! They replaced our roof, painted our home, refurbished our gate and replaced glass in our sliding glass door. Everything was done so well and in such a professional manner. Mike helped us every step of the way and made the process painless and rewarding! Thank you so much for our beautiful new home!!

Sam and his crew did an outstanding job replacing the underlayment under our tile roof. It was professionally done in 2 days, nicely cleaned up after and his crew were all friendly and knew what they were doing. We’d use him again and have referred him to many other neighbors

I had an excellent experience with Ultra Building Solutions! They came out promptly to assess my HVAC system and gave me a thorough evaluation. Their team explained everything clearly and recommended replacing the unit, which I really appreciated as it was the most practical solution. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, but they also gave me the best price compared to other quotes I received. The entire process was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Ultra Building Solutions for anyone in need of HVAC services!

Very direct and honest company. Great financing options. I recommend them to anyone that needs remodel or renovation work done on their home!

Sam and his team are always incredible. Over the years I've leveraged their expertise for different home repairs and they always get the work done quickly, professionally, and at an affordable rate. Highly recommend!

Very competitive pricing. They were able to get my roof stripped and replaced in a couple of days, and it looks great! Thomas made sure the whole process went smoothly, and he was able to meet up with me around my work schedule as needed. Great service!

Had a bit of an emergency at my home in Scottsdale, had a good friend recommend Mike and Mike went out to my place THE NEXT DAY. Gave me an honest quote, performed the work over a day soon after the quote, inspected the remainder of my roof and then sent me pictures along the way. TOP DRAWER. Mike was travelling yet still found a way to coordinate and make sure was done. Will recommend to anyone and will be my choice for any future residential or commercial work. Thanks Mike.

I had my roof replaced and Insulation. They were on time and did a fabulous job. Great people, will definitely use them again for any future construction projects i need done. Oh, did I mention the cost, was less than the other 2 bids!
