Nate, Chris, and Sandra are wonderful partners for us and our commercial retail plaza. The service provided was the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. To start, I was told they would be at my house at 8am and did not show up until 2pm to start the job. The landscape was half done and leave piles were left everywhere. The “professional” paint job they did was absolutely horrible and not to mention that they sprayed all my cameras with overspray, they did not take the screws out of the wood like they said they would, one was smoking a cigarette in my backyard and just threw it on the ground once he was done. Everything was left a completely mess and nothing was put back the way it was before they started painting. They were supposed to do a walk through once they were done but did not and just left as soon as they were done. Very very super unprofessional and they rush all the work they do and do half the job and that’s it. I would not recommend to anyone. BE AWARE!!!!!!

They turned the rocks on my waterfall purple and now want to charge me $300.00 to acid wash it, saying that is the only way to fix it.

Throw and go. A year after having my pool drained and professionally cleaned it looks like the sides of a rusty freighter. They very rarely vacuumed, only a cursory brushing of the walls, and I'm not sure they even chemically treated it correctly. If the tech was here more than five minutes it was an extreme rarity. My spa is full of yellow algae which we are struggling to get rid of. Probably because a Back Wash hadnt been done since they took over and the pump was suffocating.

We used this company for several years. Suddenly they stopped doing the work they were hired to do. Did not empty basket, add chlorine, or skim the pool and when I addressed it with the owner he argued despite pictures showing the job was not done. Hire someone who will actually do the job you hired them to do.

Platinum put in new Travertine tile on my pool over the top of the old cracked concrete shell. Work was done quickly, also fixed a few leaks. Very highly recommended.
