Had these guys since we moved into the house, their service was good for a short term. Then it went downhill quick. They seem to be up and down and inconsistent. I seriously receive reports from them after they service the pool and come to find out they never cleaned it. I have been there after recieving the service report and the pool be full of leaves, etc...
Today I had the report submitted and it stated they brushed the pool, i looked out there and there are clean tracks because the vacuum was turned on , they dlidn't even brush it. Mgmt responds to the sitatuion but we continually have to follow up with them. They need a quality control verification process.
Keep looking if you want my two cents.

We have been using Platinum for about five years. They have been taking care of a massive pool/spa combo on horse property and have always been responsive, honest and fair. Pools like mine on horse property can require extra attention and to say we have gotten our money's worth is an understatement!

This is a bad choice. Cody the owner does not stand behind his work whatsoever. We hired him because our neighbor uses him. Had him for a month, and in this time figured out this was a bad choice. Watching our cameras and seeing his employees were here 3 minutes from the time they got out of the truck to the time they got in the truck. Looked at cameras because it looked cleaner when I took care of it. When discussing this with Cody and cancelling service he was not willing to refund us the weeks his employees showed up and did nothing. Half acre yard takes a minute to get there and back so he looked at the water and left, it's all on security system. O well. Filter work that he warranties on his paperwork broke after this happened. This is reason for review. Then when the the work he did to our filter broke he wouldn't fix it because we canceled service and complained about his service. Told him I was writing a bad review and he knows we own a company as well and said DITTO we will be doing the same. This guy is a horrible businessman Couldn't upload our camera videos unfortunately or messages unfortunately.

They did a great job remodeling my pool (price was competitive and work was done in a timely manner). BUT, their weekly pool care leaves something to be desired. They forget to send reports or skip weeks without notifying me. When I called them to ask for them to amp up the chemicals because I had been adding shock in between their weekly visits and brushing down the sides - they admitted they'd been out of chlorine for a few weeks and were 'doing their best.' Why would I still pay the same if I'm not getting the expected service. Ultimately I sent an email explaining that I was unhappy with the service. No response back.

Prices were nice and the guy who cleaned the pool (Bryon) was great, but that was about it. The pump motor died and I can't get them ti even contact me about it until after I had to hire someone to install a new one. No customer service or considerations. I fired them through text as they respond to nothing good! Good riddance to bad trash!

Have used this company for several years to clean the pool. They are always there on time and even cleaned up the backyard when our house was TPed. We recently had them do some reconstruction, new tile, new travertine. Excellent job, done on time and in budget. Cody is great. Would definately recommend.

Platinum Pool Care has amazing customer service!! I called, left a message and they called back! They came the next day to check out our pool. With in minutes, the tech figured out the problem and offered needed advice for the future. I highly recommend this pool company!

Platinum Pool Care is a great pool service company that I would recommend to anyone! They are able to take care of all your basic pool care needs, as well as, repairs! I would also recommend them for cosmetic work, we have have acid wash and bead blast services that made our pool look beautiful! Honest and respectful company and business owner!

We just completed a round of work/repairs to our pool waterfall and cool deck with no complaints. Everyone was efficient and knew what they were doing, the outcome was great, pricing was reasonable, and we are very pleased. Cody and his people will be our first contact for any future pool-related work

Cody came right out and wrote an estimate on the spot. They came out and started the remodel of my pool The techs worked hard and cleaned up as the went. The project proceeded smoothly and the quality of the work was great. I now have a beautiful pool that functions great. They even came back and touched up minor details without being asked. These guys do it right with no drama. I couldn't be happier

I have used Platium Pool Service now for over a year. I have had nothing but GREAT service and the employees that show up are awesome, especially Drew. Drew took his time installing my pool pump and explained everything I needed to know.

Platinum Pool Care did a great job on my pool remodel. They poured concrete to increase deck, removed old layer on deck and put down a new cool coat and also added a mesh fence. They did this for a great price. Everyone was professional and on time. The workers cleaned up all debris and waste. It was a great experience.

We used Platinum Pool to care for our pool for over a year now. Cody and his staff are always available and do an exceptional job on maintaining our pool. We also have dogs but they love Adam and Drew.

We've been using Platinum Pool Care for our weekly pool service and I am amazed on how clear and clean our pool looks! Great customer service and professionalism I would recommend this company to anyone who's in need of a pool care service you won't be disappointed! Satisfied customer 🙂

Platinum Pool Care has great customer service! Was heading out of town for several weeks and the day before I left, my pool motor stopped running. Adam (General Mgr) was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. He came out first thing in the morning during the busy summer season and got us up and running before our trip so we didn’t have to return to a green pool. Great experience and highly recommend Adam and this company!

Erik in particular has been astounding in his help and service with our pool. He solved cleaning problems, helped solve equipment problems, and caught issues that we had no way to know about. He and his people have saved us again and again with our pool. I can’t say enough superlatives about his work!

Hired Cody and his crew to fix our pool that was not working properly. He fixed it and then we had the same issues a few months later. Called Cody back and he had no record of fixing our pool or the warranty. Good thing we saved the receipt. Made the mistake to then hire them to start servicing our pool since they did our neighbors pool. What a nightmare! We had algae growing in it, they never swept or did what they said they were going to do. We didn’t understand why the pool always looked like nothing was done. Well good thing we have security cameras and pulled the records..... their service tech would come to our house, put chlorine in the pool and leave. He would be here for a total of 3 minutes from the time he pulled up till he drove away. Shady service! And even worst customer service.

Dillon does an awesome job! My dog loves him too, she waits for him by the window every Monday. My pool is always in tip top shape, I recommend Platinum Pool Care to anyone!

The Platinum Pool Care Team did an excellent job on my pool repairs and maintenance. I had the following work completed: Drain pool, acid wash, refill pool, balance chemicals, repair and refinish Kool Deck, replace plumbing at pool pump area including replacing multiple valves and clean filters. I got four estimates for the repairs on my pool and Platinum Pool Care had the best price. I'm extremely happy with the completed work. I highly recommend them for repair work. When contacting them, they seem to respond more quickly to text messages over calling. I'm sure they get a lot of spam calls like everyone else.

Drew came out to do an acid wash and did a fantastic job! Our pool sparkles! He showed up on time, explained everything he was going to do and got to it. He was friendly, professional and respectful of our property. I highly recommend Platinum Pool Care!

Had Platinum refinish inside of pool with pebbletec and new tile. Did an outstanding job.
We also have weekly service for a salt water pool and our Tec, Jordan is competent, thorough and friendly.
