Constraction reviews in Phoenix, Arizona

Had a tenant leave 8 tons of broken concrete at my rental and Imperial made short work of cleaning it up. Great guys, very professional and did a great job. Will use them again.

I contracted with Imperial Excavating, after I read online reviews about pool demolition services. I communicated with Fatima in late 2024 to get a quote and mutual understanding of the work that would be done. Josh was the Project Manager who arrived with the Crew, and he walked though the project with me, describing what parts of yard would be affected by the machine traffic, and clarifying what the final look of the site would be. There were two days of jackhammering, and that became an ordeal to tolerate, especially for my neighbors, I'm sure!

Josh estimated that the work could take up to five days, but it was completed in 3.5! The Crew tidied the site , and they cleaned the street in front of my property, very well. The initial quote was accurate, but I paid an additional fee to pay by credit card, because their system prefers a bank account transfer.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done by Imperial Excavating, and with the clear communication. I would recommend their services for pool demolition!

Excellent work! I had them remove my old damaged swimming pool (9 feet deep, 35K gallons). In two days my yard was reborn. They where quick and precise, and the crew was very curtious too. No complains! Plus the final invoice match the the estimate to the penny. I would highly recommend them.

Justin and crew have been great to work with. This was our second pool dig with them, and both operators we've work with, Jesus and Lance, were absolute pros. Great communication, flexible to schedule, showed up when they said they would. Highly recommend Imperial.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Imperial Excavating. Our project had some unique challenges to say the least. Justin and his crew were up for the challenge and exceeded our expectations. We enthusiastically recommend Imperial Excavating for any excavating or grading needs.

The company was very professional & easy to work with. They were good about answering all of our questions throughout the process. Justin was very easy to work with. Kevin & TJ who came out to do the demo & fill of the pool were great. They got the demo & filling of the pool done in two days. They were also very good about cleaning up the work area & put everything back just the way it was. The masonary company they work with came out two days later. They put our brick wall back up in about an hour. The whole job was done quicker than we thought. Would recommend the company.

If I could give a 100 star rating I would. From the moment I contacted them with my inquiry to the completion of the job, everyone at this company was professional, prompt, communicative, efficient, and kind. I had a complete pool excavation and couldn't be happier. This job was quick and the crew was always on time and very considerate of neighbors requests. They also fully cleaned up everything not leaving a trace they were here. I have a blank canvas to start my backyard remodeling. I feel confident knowing that it has been permitted/inspected and I can even build on the site in the future. Well worth the investment.

We just used Imperial to remove an ugly in-ground spa as well as even uglier cool decking.

First they came to deinstall and haul away all of the old pool equipment, which was a core all by itself. They also capped off the water lines as well as handled closing the gas line. Very efficient and professional.

We had a crew of three the day of the major demo and they worked non-stop to get the job accomplished. Everything was neater when they left than when they started.

Very personal team, efficient and you can tell they know what they are doing. We'd highly recommend their services.

Oh, did I mention that they are very reasonably priced, given the workload that they had?

Josh and the crew were fantastic (+ Fatima in the office!). Very easy scheduling and and we paid exactly what we were quoted - which was very fair! They removed our pool in the back, as well as our old driveway. Josh kept me in the loop about the progress the entire way. The team was really professional and also super skilled - they made it look really easy despite the pool being fairly close to the house. As other reviewers mentioned, they also left it super clean when they left and brought in more dirt to level it all out and grade it appropriately which was so appreciated. I highly recommend imperial and would definitely use them again on another project. Thanks guys!

I used Imperial for a project many years ago with great results at a fair price. I called them again recently for another project this month and found that their management had changed from Justin to his son-in-law Josh. I am happy to say that nothing has changed with Josh running the show. The team was easy to work with, very skilled with the machinery and very flexible to change some of the plans on the fly as we discovered new requirements and eliminated others. The price was also very fair for what they were asked to do. I don't do a lot of projects, but for any excavating, demo or clean up, Imperial will always be my first call.

Imperial Excavating did an excellent job filling in my pool. I forgot to get a before picture, but you can see in the 2 pictures what the pool looked like when they were only a few hours into the job and what the backyard looks like now. Excellent work! I would definitely recommend them.

Imperial Excavating came highly recommended and I would agree. They removed our grass, pool, equipment and prepared for new landscaping. They were able to come out and quote within a couple days. As soon as we decided to move forward, they had us scheduled the next week and finished the work in 2 days. Everyone I spoke to was professional and eager to make sure the job was done perfectly. It was amazing to watch how careful they worked with the big equipment. They took care of every detail and cleaned everything up before they left. We are very happy with the work they did for us.

Wow! What a great experience! Josh and crew arrived as scheduled, worked hard all day, cleaned up before leaving, and always had smiles. Wonderful, professional team. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in pool removal in a heartbeat!

Had them fill in an old pool. Every phase of this project was done competently and professionally. Got estimate via email only, which was nice. Fatima the office mgr and Josh and the crew were a pleasure to work with. Cant recommend more highly.

I hired Imperial Excavating LLC to remove a large, 37 year old inground pool from my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
From the initial consultation, their office team was professional and clear about the process and timeline. Josh, their construction manager and his crew were incredible—they arrived on time every day, worked diligently, and were always friendly, polite, and respectful of me and my property. They handled all the necessary demolition, debris removal, and backfilling efficiently within only 3 days!
If you need personable, reliable, professional pool removal service, I highly recommend Imperial Excavating LLC and their services. They exceeded my expectations! Five Star Quality!

I recently had Imperial Excavating remove my 36 year old pool. After consulting with a few contractors, I was really impressed with Imperial’s professionalism and attention to detail about the project. They answered all my follow-up questions in a timely manner. On demolition day, the crew was amazing, they worked non-stop from the time they arrived to the time they left for the day. Very efficient, very considerate, very professional. In all the job took two days! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend their services.

Outstanding service and excellent work

An actual company will advertise to get known. They just call you to bug you continuously. I wouldn’t recommend them.
