Just wanted to share our experience with Dolphin Pools. We are five years in, the pool has been GREAT!! Great design, an upgraded transformation of our property. A wonderful centerpiece for entertaining.
If anyone tells you a pool doesn’t add value they are just flat out wrong....
Dolphin has stood behind their product from the beginning and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. High quality pool equipment with low maintenance. We would highly recommend to anyone considering a pool, to sit down with Dolphin before committing to another builder...

We have had a wonderful experience with Dolphin Pools and Kimball from the initial consultation through the design process, and now getting ready for the build. We're so excited and can't wait to dive in.

Update: Our pool is complete, and every stage of the build was amazing. Kimball (Sales), Trevor (Field Project Manager), Brenda and Tania in the office all went above and beyond regarding communication and the timeline of the build.

We are thrilled with the finished product and so glad that we chose Dolphin.

Couldn't be happier! This is our 3rd year since we've had our Dolphin pool and not a single complaint. Construction went very smoothly and was well managed throughout the whole process by Jake W (Kimball was great too during the design phase). The build passed all city inspections with flying colors (which is saying something in Peoria) and we even had 2 small issues with dings in the acrylic and pebble-tech which were quickly resolved under our warranty with no fuss. We got quotes from a couple other builders that wanted 20k more for the same pool and insisted it was worth it just because it was their brand. I'm here to tell that's nonsense. Our neighbors built with one of those brands and it took 1 entire year for their build to complete when Dolphin had us swimming in under 3 months!! Only regret is we wish we had done a spa too, but we know who to call when the time comes!

Dolphin Pools did such an awesome job with our pool. Jake Wozniak took care of us and was upfront and honest and it was a great overall experience. With this being our first pool, Jake answered all of our questions thoroughly and was available to take my call anytime I had a concern. Fast forward a few years later and pool still looks great as it did on day 1.

I interview 3 pool companies and received different designs and prices. I decided to go with Dolphin pools and worked with Craig McClellan who was able to give me the best price for the design I dreamed off. He was even able to accommodate the water features I had found. Craig's communication was excellent and followed through with Dave Kardian the construction supervisor. Dave was very detailed about what would be happening and when. I was out of town when the pool was finished and filled but Dave sent me pictures. The same with my landscaper as I was out of town when they did the work. It was wonderful to come home after being gone a month and see everything completed. Thank you so much, David Berger

So many great things to say about Tony and Dolphin Pools. Our consultation was great and so informative. Tony walked my whole yard and listened to all of my ideas and gave me some awesome suggestions. He listened to my concerns about the pool pump location and assured me it wouldn't be too loud (it would be outside our bedroom). He walked through all the packages and with his expertise I realized that it made more sense to change packages so we got some additional features/extra cool decking. I also appreciated his pool equipment knowledge and his explanation of the cleaning system. Tony's renderings were amazing and although he didn't know it he added some landscaping features I had always wanted to add to our backyard (the metal plant trellises on the wall). His work definitely brought our vision to life and we can't wait to make it reality. My family went through Dolphin for their pool build and always had great things to say and I can definitely say they live up to the hype.

The team at Dolphin pools from Sales, Design, Project Management and Construction have done an excellent job. Chris, our Construction Manager kept us informed about the progress with periodic check ins. We appreciate Chris's ownership and engagement in this project.

We used Dolphin for our pool and we would definitely recommend them. Their staff were always friendly and professional. I think the most impressive was our superintendent Jake Wozniak - he always kept us informed on timelines, took care of any issues found and was always available when needed or if we had questions. He definitely made the experience easier. My only constructive feedback for Dolphin is their handoff process once the pool is done could be improved. If I were them I’d have somebody checking back at least twice with their customers after the first 2 weeks of completion to make sure everything going well, but we kinda felt like we were on our own once it was finished. Other than that though they really really did a great job and I’d recommend them!

Building a pool can be stressful, but I went into this project with the intention of practicing patience so both myself and the contractor could have a smoother experience. I'm so glad I did, because overall, Dolphin Pools made the process a very positive one.

I worked with Andrew as my salesperson--he was professional, extremely responsive, and stayed with me through the build as an excellent liaison. The only surprise was learning that Dolphin requires cash payments (no credit cards), which I wish had been communicated upfront. Other than that, Andrew was fantastic.

Dolphin uses subcontractors for each phase, so the timeline isn't always fast--you get excited when one phase is done, then have to wait a bit for the next. Patience is key! Brenda was amazing at keeping me updated and doing her best to help with scheduling. She's warm, friendly, and truly keeps you in the loop. Tania was also excellent with communication and customer service.

Our project manager, Adam, was great--he gave helpful tips and communicated well. Big high five to him! And Jake Wozniak really stood out when a few hiccups came up; he stepped in, solved problems quickly, and made sure we felt taken care of.

She didn't show the same level of care, warmth, or communication as the rest of the team.

Unfortunately, the last person in the process, Maria did not live up to the standards of her colleagues. Maria doesn't communicate well. She's blunt and cold. She doesn't seem to care. Had I let my interaction with her determine my experience with Dolphin, I'd be rating this differently. But because the majority of the team was outstanding and I truly love the result, I'm still giving Dolphin 5 stars.

Pricing was very fair, the pool looks incredible, and I'd recommend Dolphin Pools without hesitation. Hopefully this review helps highlight how exceptional most of the team is--and maybe encourages some extra training for the final phase of the process.

We are coming up on our 1yr anniversary of our new Dolphin pool and hands down... one of the best investments we made for our new home build here in the Phoenix valley! We started the process during covid and valley wide concrete shortages but overall had a great experience starting with our designer Joe Ayers who graciously came to our home and helped us design and plan our vision and a BIG shout out to Jake Wozniak for guiding us through every step, from layout, to digging, plumbing, electrical, concrete, etc... and making that vision a reality! Any serious questions or issues, and Jake was always just a text or phone call away!

We are very happy we chose Dolphin for our pool design and installation. From our initial contact with Dustin, who listened and designed exactly what we wanted, to working with Project Manager Jake, we were very happy with communication and timeliness of all activities. Even as we wrapped up the build, Tania and Maria provided excellent customer service. Our new pool and spa are beautiful!

It's now been 3 years with our pool and have been very happy. Our salesman, Jake Wozniak was just awesome too work with and made the process very easy.

Our pool was constructed with very few delays. All the workers were very professional. Our handrail was the only equipment that was backed ordered.

Dolphin Pools transformed our backyard into an oasis! We knew the steep slope and rocky terrain were going to be difficult to contend with, but Dolphin was always right there with a solution. Everyone, from the incredible office staff to the field supervisors, was friendly and communicative. Anyone who has ever undertaken an overwhelming construction job will tell you communication is key!

On that note, our family would like to extend a huge "Thank you!" To Jake Wozniak. His professionalism and courtesy were second to none. While Jake was not our direct field super, he was our point of contact when unexpected challenges arose. He was patient, and he made sure that our final product was beautiful and functional. We also want to give an extended shout out to Jonathan, the mason/artisan who crafted our massive retaining wall. He was always thinking ahead to what we would need after the project was finished. His insights and suggestions turned a necessary element into an aesthetically pleasing attraction. It is no surprise that Jake and Jonathan have a great working relationship.

Last, but certainly not least, we want to thank all of the wonderful office and construction staff who helped turn our vision into a reality. Joe, Trevor, Brenda, Gloria, Tania, Katie, Maria, Gina, and Jake: Thank you for all of your tireless efforts! This project was our unattainable dream, and you each played a part in bringing it to life. Your combined talents transformed our yard, and our lives, in less than six months time. Thank you! It was a pleasure working with each and every one of you.

Overall Dolphin Pools are very well built, For the most part there were very little delays. I guess what I would feel is the project manager would be better at communication I felt a lot of delays and attention to details were lacking on his part. Lot of the time I was constantly contacting him regarding things not getting completed correctly mainly because he was sending out the crew and they were either not finishing the job correctly and leaving behind clean up issues and he was nowhere to found and never check there work, and would not call you back. But everything was done and constructed very well. Even the City inspector was very impressed and passing inspections was never a problem. I am very glad I went with a salt system because I never have any chemical issue. Its now been a full year and I am still enjoying the pool. Never have any issues its basically maintenance free if you keep up on your weekly check, clean your salt cell and filter as scheduled. I finished the landscaping myself but I posted beginning to End pictures of the entire project. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I am very pleased with how the pool build process went with Dolphin Pools. I was always made aware of the schedule and how things would be completed. Jake Wozniak was always good at answering the many questions I had. Jake would always stop by to inspect the work that had been completed and would even pick up some of the trash that had been left behind by the workers. I am very happy with how the process went and with the final result of my pool!

Update2: And we did purchase the SECOND pool. Our sales rep (Dustin P.) was very good, so we went with him again. BTW, Pool owners, please make sure to learn how to operate the pool during the ORIENTATION and startup.

Update1: Pool is finished and we love our new pool I would definitely build another pool with Dolphin Pools. Thanks again.

We are new to Dolphin Pools. We have been very happy with the care and work done by Dustin P. (Project Specialist) and Katie C. (Processing Manager). They are very responsive. Whenever we reached out they are always there to help. Thank you for making this a very pleasant experience. Also, my neighbor is building one with you guys. Actually, we ended up choosing DP (over CalPool and Shasta) because of his recommendations. And, we saw all the great work is done by DP. Neighbor's pool is about 80% done, so we actually saw one getting build. There is one more neighbor who build a swimming pool with DP almost 2 years ago. They were also recommending DP. Needless to say, DP is delivering great results. Thank you Dustin and Katie. Definitely, recommend Dolphin Pools.

As soon as you meet Dustin, there’s this securely feeling he portrays! Dolphin Pools has been a super understanding and easy to work with. My sales rep Dustin has been nothing but excellent, he helped bring my dream pool to life, while we are currently starting the process, everything has been safe to speak, feel and think with them.
Dustin explained everything in detail and as far as I can tell he left nothing out. His ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas in written communication is impressive. He was and has continued to be very attentive, I’m sure the company enjoys having Dustin, you can clearly see his willingness to demonstrate strong commitment! I’d say keep up the growth mindset!

Dolphin Pools did such a great job with our pool. The experience started off on a wonderful note with our salesperson and designer, Drew Siler. He was so down-to-earth, honest, and kind from the first day we started to the last day our pool was worked on. With this being our first pool, Drew answered all of our questions thoroughly and let us bug him with a random text if he had questions during the build. Our project manager, Charles, was outstanding as well. He was so diligent and knowledgeable about each step in the process. All of the ladies in the office were experts in their crafts. Had my pool built with Dolphin. Great transparency, reasonable pricing and excellent quality. 2 years later, my pool light went out. I submitted a warranty claim. They responded quickly, sent out a technician and resolved my issue. Things happen after the fact however the warranty process has been very smooth with Dolphin. My superintendent Jake Wozniak was great during the build. Excellent follow up and responsiveness.
