We love our new pool. Dustin was amazing from the initial visit until the end. Anytime we had a question, or something came up he was there to answer. Tania was superb as well. Always responsive and kept me updated with the schedule. We have an amazing pool, just like we imagined and I must thank Dolphin Pools for that. The fam will enjoy it for many years. Cheers!

Joe is very easy to work with, fun yet still very professional. We received a realistic design for the space we had actually available - so we learned along the design path. The estimated price is competitive and we are looking forward to a good experience as we go through the build.

Update: just added the completed photos. We got our pool filled at the beginning of July and landscaping done shortly after. We've been enjoying our pool now for over a month. It's been super easy to do our part of the maintenance, although admittedly we upgraded that part of the system so it would be easier and better for us. All we have to do now is hook up the heating system. Thanks too everyone that helped out with each of the phases from the beginning with Joe Ayers who was so helpful with advice; Katie Crowfoot who got us going; Tonia Northcott who helped with excavation phase; Brenda Alcott who helped with the plumbing &fittings; Tania Romero and Gloria Aitken for the finishing; Charles Manno was overall project Manager and helped resolve our concerns and an issue or two.

We are so pleased with our pool and the work and support received from Dolphin Pools team. Well worth it!

There are a lot of choices when it comes to pool construction in the valley, and I am happy I chose dolphin pools. As most people understand when getting into a project of this scale, communication is an incredibly important driver for the overall success. From the first consult and meeting to the completion of the project, the dreams I had of my pool were realized and represented properly by Jake W and the team. It was a true pleasure working with them as their communication was efficient and effective. Although I ended up having a hard dig on my site, and a slight material delay during construction, the communication of these events were proactive which really displayed the professionalism of Dolphin team. I would recommend them to anyone considering a pool in the valley.
