We had an HVAC drain pan leak that created water damage to our ceiling and walls. Kimberly was quick to respond to my insurance companies call and withing a few hours had a tech on site to start working on removing that damaged areas and drying it out. The team was great with communication and working with us and our time frame of availability. Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable about insurance claims and did a great job for us working with our insurance company. The entire team was extremely nice and really helpfull. I am a General Manger for a restaurant so I know the importance of great customer service and really appreciate the service I received from Go To Services.

A person doesn’t make home insurance claims very often so we are unfamiliar with the latest process. Alex and Go To Services were extremely communicative, explained every step with total transparency and were very professional with a personal touch. Can’t thank them enough since this became a bit of a problem, but nothing Alex couldn’t handle. Thank you!!

Jered Davis and Alex Medina were very professional and efficient. They always delivered what they promised.
Overall I was very pleased with Go to Services including mitigation, roof repair and interior reconstruction.

Really good service! Alexa and the go to services team, worked diligently in my music room, my kitchen and my garage in 2 different claims with Progressive insurance. They left all rooms perfect and beautiful. Alexa was in constant contact with me and was always letting me know the status of my claim and the time schedule too. Juan the job manager was present all the time and always told me the work they were going to perform and timeframe. The 3 workers I had were phenomenal! Thank you Osmar, Cesar and Isaias! My heart hurts while I write this. Yet again we've been pushed back another week to have our home completed from a major leak. It's been 2 months! They were quick to go out of their way to get their money, even drove to me for the signature, yet they continuously let me down with their follow through. I let them go a week without communication before calling and every time I call, 4 different times, they end up reaching out and finding a problem that keeps postponing the completion of my house. First, they hadn't even ordered it till i called after being told it was already being handled. Then, it was excuses after excuse. One of the most stressful things on a family is having their home disrupted. The fact that they dropped the ball so horribly bad and put us through unnecessary stress has just upset my family so much.

Crowley has been great to work with. I have been working with on projects them for over 5 years and they are extremely easy to talk to, thorough, and honest! Feel free to call them for any of your remodeling needs!

I have HATED my experience with Crowley construction so far. Went through them due to them being contracted with my insurance, Dan Crowley was two hours late to his appointment at my home to survey the damage. I then waited WEEKS for them to send the estimate to the insurance, I had to call and remind them. I would not have continued to use them but my insurance has already paid them. They have still not started any work, continually wait to be contacted but always have to contact them. Would not recommend .

We have used Crowley Construction on 3 occasions. Each experience has exceeded our expectations.

They painted the interior of our rental as well as our home and did an amazing job. They also added a new room in our master (electrical, drywall, flooring, rerouting outlets, adding lighting, etc...)

Alex and his crew were always professional and completed their work on time. They protected everything in the house that they worked around and most importantly did amazing work.

I recommend Crowley to anyone who needs a project completed quickly for a very fair price. Project can be big or small.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Fox Valley Electric wired our panel for industrial equipment but used the wrong gauge wire, which caused a total failure and left us without power for a week. This error cost us significant downtime and revenue. To fix their mistake, they had to rewire the entire job, yet they still demanded payment for the initial faulty work. Despite spending thousands with them as a loyal customer, they resorted to harassing us over $500 instead of taking accountability for their poor workmanship. Avoid this company if you value quality and professionalism.

Good - unless you want electricity. Then you may have to go a week at a time without it.

Here’s the thing. The install was great, the and I feel good about the engagement we had in that it made me feel confident in what we were buying.

Then the controller started flipping the breaker. There’s a short somewhere - we are locked into a solar plan from SRP and they are all super expensive (because they assume you’re using solar).

But our solar isn’t on, the controller won’t notify us when it goes offline because it has no power, and while it’s offline we have no solar.

Here’s the crap part; Fox Solar doesn’t support the equipment, and the company that does can’t be out here for A WEEK.

So, a week without solar. In August. In Phoenix. On a solar plan that charges us a ton for using the grid. Thank god we didn't go with Fox Valley for the property without a grid.

Buyer beware. If I had known this, I would not have purchased from fox solar.

Orlando was able to come out the next day for a small patch job. He did a large patch for me last year. He does beautiful work.

This company is the best in the business. Orlando is a VERY professional person. He knows what he is doing, I have been using his services for many years, he always does the job right the first time. He is always on time.

Orlando has done a lot of work for us over the years across a couple houses. From renovations to drywall repair to painting and even putting together furniture. He does it all and very well. His prices are fair, he ALWAYS shows up when he says he will, and his work hasn’t failed us yet. He’s got fantastic attention to detail. I am so grateful I was introduced to Orlando many years ago!!

Wonderful job! Needed drywall repair in the roof. Once he started he also noticed a repair (I had done earlier) which looked like I had done it (lol), He fixed both spots and painted. It looks like a new ceiling. I will use him again if necessary.!

We have used Orlando for multiple jobs over the past 6 years. He has done small handyman type work and larger projects like a bathroom remodel. He does quality work for a fair price. Always shows up when he says he will. He is extremely talented in drywall, stucco, painting with an eye for detail. He also is a very good for carpentry work and light electrical and plumbing. He is careful not to take on work outside his skill set. I highly recommend him!
