Horrible. Incompetent. Dangerous.

In ironwood crossing they were cutting down massive palm tree branches in the middle of the school zone this morning and having them crash down on the side walk as we were walking the kids to school.

Once or twice per month they’ll block off traffic as well knowing full well people need to get their kids to school.

They could be there at 630 or 815. But nope. They gotta cut those specific trees at 730.

They’re going to get someone hurt. Maybe even killed.

This company manages property around Sossamon middle school. This morning they were spraying hazardous chemicals right in front of students walking to school!!!.
Update 4-18-17 Yet again! Nobody seems to be stopping this company from spraying hazardous chemicals at the exact time kids are walking to school right by the sprayer wearing a mask!!! I called the super in charge and he did nothing. Schedule the chemicals and dust blowing around the school's schedule...please! I would not hire this company to maintain property around children! I'm going directly to the HOA with this now.

Our HOA has used several landscaping companies throughout the years. Since ELS has taken over the property management, our development has never looked better. Their crew is very respectful, works hard, pays attention to detail and gets the job done right. Thank you, ELS!

Very inconsiderate and unsafe drivers. Driving while on the phone and nearly drove my family off the road. He cut us off and made us slam on our brakes on I-10. Truck number P-186, white Nissan pickup. He also fluctuates his speeds swerving in and out of lanes without using his turn signals. Should probably reconsider who you hire to drive your company vehicles.

Wow is all I can say and that is not in the good way. This company hires absolute lazy stupid workers. I have listened to them for the last half hour talking about their hours trying to figure out what time was 3 hours ago. They did not figure it out. Then I got to hear all about one of their nights with some girl and no, it wasn't complementary. Meanwhile no one is working. They got here at 6 am took a break at 650 took another break at 730 and are taking another break starting at 805, now its 833. Definitely rethink about choosing this company to hire, its a large company that seems to have slackers looking to get their time with as many breaks as possible. Stick with a smaller company that can actually staff honest reliable hardworking employees. Sorry but sitting on a clock doing nothing is theft. Now they are talking about smoking, smoking what? Again do not hire.

You need to teach your employees that their behavior reflects on your company. I just had an old guy in a brand new pickup truck, on Priest and Southern, and your logo on it, honking at me like a crazy fool just a fraction of a second after the light turned green. He should consider retirement.

Joel did a great job of patching up some pretty nice size holes that were in my wall. He even painted over each one of them to where you couldn’t even tell there was a hole previously. 10/10 service
