I utilized this company for concrete work and they did an excellent job I would highly recommend them.

Had a pour of cement to widen my driveway, and added a new patio added. Turned out great! They were reasonable with their prices and highly recommended them.

Ociel came by my home to look over the stucco we wanted. I guess because our home is super small and built in 1925 he prejudged and felt that providing a quote would not be beneficial to him or company. He promised to give me a quote in the evening and did not. I followed up with him couple days later and asked if he had the quote, and chose to not respond back. Not professional, not a great way to earn business. If he could not do it whether it be because of the house, neighborhood, or just cant do it! Then a simple message back of letting me know would have sufficed. What a waste of time and what a shame to ignore customers.

Ociel’s team did a good job and he was initially very responsive. Post job I noticed one area needed to be refinished and cracks that at the very least needed to be patched, no big deal. However, I’ve left multiple voicemails, sent texts, still no response. My next option is the legal route. Don’t hire a company or man who can’t stand behind their work and disappears as soon as the money’s in his pocket. Stay away from Prosperity Construction, go with anyone else.

Property stucco llc has provided my company with high quality work for years. Very detailed, on time, and get the work done fast. They make sure everything is clean and that i am satisfied with the outcome of the job. Will continue to work with these guys in future projects and definitely recommend to anyone looking for any type of stucco work

These guys were awesome! Had called 3 other places to come fix my patio flooring and outer part of my condo and receptionist said someone will contact me back. Prosperity spoke to me gave me a quote and scheduled me that same phone call. So they got my business plus on top of that they dis a fantastic job!

We hired prosperity to patch A LOT of holes from woodpeckers on our commercial building. Ociel, Gilbert and their team were fantastic to work with and did a great job. When challenges presented themselves, they didn't skip a beat. They adjusted the gameplan and pressed on. Great work.

I had Prosperity Construction pour an extra large addition to the driveway in my front yard as well as a large concrete pad in the backyard. They also replaced a personnel gate and repaired my RV gate for me. The job was done very well, in a most professional manner at a really good price and I am super pleased. In fact, I'm going to have them replace my original driveway that has sunk and broke. They do a really good job and I would highly recommend them if you want a great, quality job, at a very reasonable cost. Thank you!!

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I hired this company to repair the stucco on the back of my house. They came and things started off well. I paid for the service which was 8 thousand dollars. 2 days later the stucco started to crack. This is where the problem started. Like previous reviews good luck getting him back after he has been paid. He is going to wait until your warranty is up and then reach out to tell you your warranty has expired. Stay away from this company. Will see him in court in due time.

Ociel, Gilbert and their entire team did an amazing job giving our 41 year old home a much needed makeover. Ociel and Gilbert were very responsive and patient to all of my many questions. They were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They showed up early on the first day and prepped out house first to protect the windows, side walk, patio, doors etc. from overspray. They then worked tirelessly every day until the project was done. Then on the last day, The owner came back to do a thorough "walkthrough" to make sure the house was done completely to our satisfaction. We are so glad we hired a company that takes such pride in their work and are so dedicated to do an excellent job for the customer. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend calling Prosperity Stucco for your home makeover.

They build a stand alone patio for us.
It may have been a bit pricey for what it was but the quality of work was top notch so it was worth every penny. Ociel is also a good guy so that helps. I will be calling them first for my next major project.
