San-Co did a great job pouring the footing and slab for my 25x60 building project. Great communication, they were on time and performed quality work for me.

San-co was very flexible with scheduling. They moved our appointment up so it could be done before the rain hit the following week. We had a foundation poured for an addition to our house. They did a great job of cleaning up the site afterward.

We had about 1200 square feet of pavers installed as well as poored several areas of concrete. These guys did an AMAZING job. They showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done in a timely matter. I would recommend San-Co Concrete to my own family as well as anyone else who needs paver or concrete work done. San-Co Concrete is a great company to do business with, they are reasonably priced, do great quality work, & provide good customer service. Our company, Titan Restoration of AZ, has been doing business with San-Co for over year, on multiple projects & they always do a great job for us! We really appreciate their willingness to work on any size job, it can sometimes be difficult to find a company who will do a small repair but Ivan at San-Co is great & has help us finish a few projects-to the delight of our mutual customers. I would definitely recommend San-Co for all your concrete jobs!

I had San-Co Concrete extend my front driveway to add a third parking space directly in front of my rv gate. Ivan from San-Co came out and gave me an estimate. Ivan was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail.

The concrete work was completed on 8-5-20, and my new driveway came out nice. Even though my concrete work is fairly new, I observed three cracks in it.

But other then the cracks, the finish is smooth and has a nice color to it, and looks good.

Ivan’s staff is very nice and they were very helpful. The staff helped me with my HOA because they were being very difficult and needed exact drawings with measurements.

San-Co staff was very professional.

The only con that I have, is I was charged to remove the irrigation box that was not moved after all. I didn’t notice till after I paid that it was not moved, and the company didn’t notice it as well and still charged me. But that was partially my fault for not noticing.

Overall it was a good experience with the company and I’m happy with the concrete work.

Another contractor damaged my driveway and sub-contracted with San-Co to make the repair. In this location, under the concrete, there are pipes and low voltage wires that go to my irrigation valves. I met with Jose Veliz, a supervisor, and Oscar Sanchez, a foreman and explained my concerns. Both were extremely courteous and professional and took the necessary precautions to avoid any damage. All of their employees did a great job and kept me informed throughout the repair. I would highly recommend San-Co Concrete to anyone needing any concrete work no matter how big or small.

Princeton Construction is one of the top three contractors in the valley. They're capable of getting any project completed on time and without challenges.

Instead of just saying that they didn't want the job, they sent me an estimate for half the current value of my home; including $15k for a "full bathroom remodel" that requires no demo and the installation of 25 square feet of floor tile, a vanity, and a toilet, all of which has already been purchased. Even with markups I struggle to comprehend the hourly labor rate their subcontractors must charge.

Update: the PM and estimator were shown the purchased materials and design plans when they came to the home visit. I had to ask for the estimate, over 48 business hours after the home visit, and was given a quote of $147,500 for the work on my 900 square foot home. I felt insulted and judged unworthy of their services. Their response to this review didn't help.

Princeton is always great to work with. Their team is knowledgeable, professional, and honest.
