Excellence does not even describe the service I always recieve when I shop with Steve and his employee's. They always go a step above and make sure to give you all options to best fit your needs. I will only shop here. I have made Delta Swiss my one stop shop for lighting and electrical and anything in between. Products are great quality and pricing.

Excellent customer service. Our sales rep, Christopher, took the time to make sure we got out account setup very fast. We took advantage of their in-town delivery services (thanks, Jack!) and we were able to receive our first delivery within a few hours of opening our account. We had a potential electrical nightmare, but luckily caught it soon enough. I called Paul with Vertex and he was able to come out the same day and correct our issue. He was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Then when the work was done and he gave me the final cost for the work I was floored. Bryan quickly identified and addressed the issue with the plug. He pinpointed the problem in the fuse box, located the tripped fuse, and demonstrated the issue to me, explaining that it wasn't obvious from the switch's position.
