Don't use this place they don't know Thier own product or they deliberately sell stuff knowing you can not get all the parts. Worked with a guy who said my panel would work for underground told me to get the hub at another City Electric and now all the others tell me they can not get them. So NO YOUR PANEL WILL NOT WORK WITH UNDEGROUND!!! DONT SELL IT IF IT WONT WORK!!!!!

Have called this place 3 times in two days. Not sure why as all 3 times were a major let down. Not one of the 3 people answering the phone were interested in selling me anything. It was as if they were just there passing the time. Will end up spending thousands wherever I end up purchasing what is need but it won’t be at city electric supply in north phoenix

Poor service. When they didn't have what I needed, they sent me downtown because they didn't want to tell me that CED (a much better option) only 2 miles away carried what I needed. Then a couple weeks later, they tried to do the same thing (and they knew someone closer had it; after pressing them for a closer option they admitted to it). Not a very pleasant atmosphere. Use CED (Consolidated Electric Supply) over on Rose Garden instead, they are GREAT people!

I am the office manager for a local contractor and I deal with several suppliers at many locations. City Electric North is by far the preference of our crew as well as the office. The service has been great and if there is an issue or if we have an emergency it always gets resolved quickly. They make you feel that our business is important no matter how small the order or how difficult the request. They have earned the 5 star rating.

Came in here, trying to get some parts for a customer that didn’t know what I needed. Dean had helped me out informed me on everything and find the right selection for my material needed. I really appreciate him and will be definitely coming back again five stars all the way

Just went in as a walk in and they were very comfortable charging $232.20 for a $70 B320 Siemens 3p breaker. Watch yourself.
