Mr Electric was first class service and would highly recommend their services. Lowe’s sold us ceiling fans that had clearly been returned and restocked with missing parts. They made excellent product recommendations and helped us get the correct items needed for installation.

So impressed with this company. Provided same-day service and fixed the issue with our double-oven unit. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and took great care in removing oven and replacing the electrical cord. The electrician, Sergio, was so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this company.

Sergio was truly excellent. I had many concerns with the wiring in my newly purchased home and getting new lights properly installed, all of which he resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Moreover, i appreciated him sharing knowledge with me! I typically work on electrical myself but made some small mistakes that he helped me understand for future projects. A great experience!

I needed an electrician urgently for a residential power outage. Mr. Electric was nearby so I gave them a call. From the scheduling through completion it was a wonderful experience. Richard showed as planned, thoroughly explained everything, did not try to upsell anything with pressure, and finished the work efficiently. I’ll call them first if another need arises.

The pendent lights over our kitchen countertop were not properly installed by the previous owners. (Our house was a flip). The lights were actually pulling out of the ceiling and one was just dangling. We have very high ceilings (at least 12 ft high), so it wasn't something we could do ourselves. Our technician was Albert and he did a great job! Thank you, Mr Electric!

We were having some issues with a GFCI in our garage and Richard came out and discovered the issue and fixed everything so our electric was working again. He then performed a safety check and went over some items that needed to be addressed and we had him fix them. Richard was very thorough, professional and explained everything to us and he did a great job. We had previously used Mr Electric and will certainly use them again as the need arises. Thank you

I had Mr Electric install two hanging lanterns on my back porch. Everything turned out great! Kenny my electrician was very professional and took time to figure out the best way to hang the lanterns. The lanterns were antique and needed to be rewired and connected to an indoor switch. He checked with me all along the way to make sure everything was to my specifications and that I would be happy with the end result. It looks better than I had imagined and I am very happy with the service Kenny and Mr Electric provided. Thanks again!

Cons: I was charged over $500 for work that was completed in 30 mins. The electrician was pushy about trying to get me to sign up for more work that I didn't need. And the whole scheduling experience with the AI phone bot was terrible (at one point an actual human texted me and I texted back within minutes only to receive an auto message saying to call the AI bot again).

Pros: the were available quickly and performed the work quickly and adequately.

Omar Padres from Mr. Electric just finished an exterior lighting project in our backyard. He provided a written estimate, explained the scope of work, answered questions and got us scheduled. Omar arrived on schedule and completed the project same day. Had a minor hiccup and one call the following day and he returned to remedy the issue. Oma’s was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Omar provided the quote and did the work. I really appreciated that! Recommend Mr. Electric for any electrical problems you may have.

Because of the excellent service and communication of Mr. Sergio Borboa, I would highly recommend Mr. Electric to my friends and neighbors. We've used Mr. Electric in the pasts and their Service Technicians have always been courteous and helpful in resolving our electrical problems. I had an electrician come out for what I expected to be a simple inspection after I made a mistake relocating an outlet myself. Not only did he immediately identify the issue, but he fixed it efficiently and correctly without making me feel foolish for trying to DIY it in the first place.

Albert from Mr. Electric of Phoenix Metro arrived on time and was extremely patient while I coordinated with movers and a cable technician who were also working on my project. He installed an additional Wi-Fi doorbell chime, several new wall outlets, a panel surge protector, and a new TV wall mount. He also removed an existing wall-mounted TV and bracket.

When I realized I had purchased the wrong light bulbs for my automated track lighting, Albert went to the store to select the correct ones and installed them—even working from a ladder due to the ceiling height. He helped integrate the new doorbell chime into my home security system and went above and beyond to troubleshoot and resolve issues when I couldn’t get the new components to connect, despite my familiarity with my home automation setup.

Albert was calm, professional, and very patient throughout the process. He took the time to clearly explain the cost-versus-benefit of his recommendations and even suggested a Mr. Electric discount program that costs less annually than the savings it provides. I would absolutely recommend this service provider and give Albert five stars without hesitation.
