Frank was so helpful when we had an electrical issue this week. It took time to fix but he kept us updated throughout the whole process and showed us pictures to explain what he was finding. When one of the lights wasn't working, he came back the next day to check it out, and even installed a new smart switch for us at no additional cost. I must say I would highly recommend! We all know life happens and my 240v outlet installation was for 9/24 but had to be changed to 9/25 which was ok, I really appreciated the communication as we all know some don’t and can really cause problems. Thanks again for your amazing work and communication thru out the job! Pricing for this job I think was fair and worth it!

Frank installed a full security system with cameras at my house. It was not a simple install and took lots of intricate wiring to get the wires ran to the different cameras. He was very professional and worked diligently over 2 days to get everything in working order. He was even willing to come back a few months later to help fix an issue with one of the cameras that was no fault of his own. I would not hesitate to use Frank again.

Frank was awesome to work with! He was timely, and fit my client in on a tight schedule to get some items addressed prior to selling her home. He was also more affordable than other electricians we had reached out to for quotes. Definitely recommend!

Called Frank in the early afternoon asking if he could replace a 30 amp circuit breaker. He got back to me very quickly and quoted a great price for the replacement. Came just after sundown and put the new breaker in. Great service at a reasonable price. Will use again if I get the chance.

I called Frank to install 4 new fans and install/ replace smart light switches and several standard light for smart switches. Frank accepted the work. I purchased all materials totaling over $3,500 dollars. Frank showed up to my home and took most of the day trying to install those four fans. He called his brother to help get that part of the job done. They did. Unfortunately, after they left one of the principal fans made a significant grinding sound when started up. It also started to fall apart. Fortunately, nobody was hit by the falling parts. Also when dealing with the light switch panel in my 4 yr olds bedroom he broke the plastic faceplate. He made no effort to replace it or offer an apology. I called Frank the next day to explain the issues. He was prompt to come back. However, he wanted me to return the fan to the manufacturer versus take it down and reinstall. After several minutes of me overcoming his objections and telling him I wanted the fan down and then installed again, he did it. That solution worked very well and is still working. It’s important to know that when dealing with Frank he spent a lot of time telling me very depressing issues with his personal life and business… costs for leads, people don’t want to pay a lot, people don’t want to pay, it’s hard to find good jobs. I told him I’ve been self employed since I was 20 and im 53 today. I explained being self employed we have high highs and low lows and it’s important we stay even in our attitude. And for sure, don’t share problems with customers. They don’t want to hear your issues. He took that feedback as me putting him down. Maybe I should have taken that response as a defining moment of who Frank is as a professional??

Frank and I agreed to move forward with the smart light switch install. I asked him if he was experienced with this job and he said yes. I asked for a referral a product he recommended and which type wall light switch to get per my house. I ordered what he said. When he showed up the light switches didn’t dim. Definitely one of the absolute features he knew I wanted / needed. We rescheduled to complete the work. I returned those incorrect products and got the correct products. Important to note, Frank brought up three times he worked for free when he fixed the incorrectly installed fan.

Frank returned for a 3rd time. This day was about light switches only. He arrived early for our 8:30 appt. He started with the most difficult switch I have in my home which is a 3-way light switch that has some issues with needing more wire. He spent two hours on that issue trying to fix it at the wall switch level. After two hours on that issue, he told me he can’t finish it. I asked okay, let’s go in the attic and find the problem or wall fish the wire. I’ll pay whatever you is necessary. He began explaining his health and it’s hot outside. It was 10:27 AM Sunday morning and about 93 outside. I said okay, fine. Can you please do the work on the light switches that you know you are more than qualified to do? He said no, he doesn’t want to do any work. Then he doubled down on his response saying that he didn’t want to finish anything for me. Mind you, I was sitting at my family room table watching via YouTube my church service I was missing because of this 3rd appt for something that should have been done on the 1st. I asked him to at least put the wire and especially the hot wires back into the boxes and put the faceplate back on. He said no. I stood up and walked towards him and told him his attitude is very poor and he’ll never be successful treating customers the way he’s treated me. He said I was being aggressive towards him and raising my voice at him. Frank demonstrated his lack of professionalism as an electrician and as a man with integrity. I told him very directly and with some colorful language to leave my home. He literally had no issue leaving my home with broken faceplates and wires hanging out of their boxes. These are light switches my 4 yr old uses with regularity. Franks knows that!!!!! This is the measure of Frank!

We had them out to replace our electric panel and run some wiring for a couple fans out on our patio and couldn't be more pleased. We had 4 electricians out to give quotes and they beat every single one of them and were able to get out quickly and were very flexible with scheduling. I was very picky on which panel I wanted to use and they were willing to delay start time so they could source the panel even after we had it scheduled in order to ensure I was happy with the final product. I think it would be hard to beat Arizona Discount Electric when it comes to price, customer service, and quality of work. I'll definitely call them out again for any work I have in the future.
