Then along came Erik! After talking with him and what Skywells had to offer I was ready to make the leap into renewable energy. Erik has been wonderful. Awesome experience going thru solar with these guys. Jack was super helpful throughout the whole process. I was able to get the panels installed, duct sealing for AC, and new insulation all to make my house more power efficient. The whole process wasn’t invasive at all. Everything got handled with ease and professionalism. I’d highly recommend Skywells Energy for your solar needs.

Skywells Energy is a GREAT Company and I was excited about the Pricing that they provided for me. My Advisor was Les and he was extremely competent and kept me in the loop. He literally contacted me once a week to advise me of what was happening with my Solar transaction. Our experience with Skywells energy has been excellent. We had wanted to go solar for over a year, and finally decided to give it a shot when our next door neighbor went solar. We walked up to them when they were doing the installation for our neighbor and they gave us the number of their representative. Their first meeting was very informative and it made financial sense. It took roughly 10 weeks to get the system installed for us and they even fixed a portion of our roof for free because it needed to get fixed before they could install the system. Our summer bills used to go up to $350/month and now our APS bill is just around $18/month. We went with all black panels which look really sharp on our roof. We couldn't have been happier with the service and have sent two referrals to them, which have also been very happy.

After signing my contract it only took about two months to get it approved by the city, APS, and installed just today. Erik was the point of contact with Sunny energy. He’s very easy to communicate with and got me a very good deal on the setup and installation. He also answered any questions that I had and very knowledgeable about the solar equipment. He set us up with a good solar company to go with and the company that works really fast. They also sent me email every steps that they had done. Definitely recommend him to anyone that wants solar system.

We had our solar system installed 2 years ago by Skywells Energy. The experience was amazing, very professional team and professional service. Erik explained, educated us and helped through the process.

I had my main panel upgraded and my solar system installed last Friday. The experience was absolutely amazing dealing with everyone at Skywells. Ben explained the whole process, answered all my questions, and got me the exact deal I wanted. There was a small mistake during the main panel installation and Eric resolved and took care of it without fuss or question the very next day. You couldn’t ask for better customer service or professionalism. Highly recommend Skywells! I attached a pic of my main panel but my solar panels are too high to be seen (thanks to their great design)

We bought a house with an existing solar system that had stopped working, and the original installer was out of business. I found Skywells Energy online and spoke with Nik, who was very accommodating. He quickly scheduled a diagnostic, and thought it had to be rescheduled due to a technician's illness. He made sure we were taken care of right away and even gave us a great deal because of the rescheduling. The repair was fast, and now our system works perfectly. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend Skywellls Energy for solar repairs and service!

Jesus and Hector were consummate professionals when it came to installing our Tesla PowerWall. Some glitches emerged that had nothing whatsoever to do with them (the problems had to do with the surveyor). Both guys clearly and concisely communicated with me and laid out direct paths towards resolution. They did a thorough and professional job, checked their work and perfectly cleaned up everything. I wish all on-the-ground, nuts & bolts workers were as good as they are and hope Jesus and Hector are assigned to finishing the job.

The whole process was started by Ryan Rothman and Chad LaBonte, two salesmen of the highest integrity, knowledge and professionalism. They are straight shooters who made me feel like they truly cared about doing what is optimal for our home, while at the same making a sale. When the above-mentioned glitch emerged related to finding out we need a sub-breaker box added, Chad immediately verified I would not be charged as the surveyor had not informed of the possibility. No questions asked. No haggle. Just what was right and true in my specific situation. I can’t speak highly enough of Chad and Ryan as well.

On the negative side, there was definitely some lazy surveying going on. I was told that it would be no problem whatsoever to house our PowerWall in our garage. All we had to do was to have cleared the requisite space and it would be fine. Well, it wasn’t fine, as a ton more work had to be done with piping through our attic and the addition of two fire alarms. We opted for outside and to be honest at the end of the day I don’t really care, but in the moment it was a bit of a bummer. We should never have been advised what we were from the get go. Chad handling the other situation made it no problem and believe me as a point of principle it would’ve have been had Empower put the extra cost on me.

So far very pleased, but as the saying goes the proof is in the pudding and we shall see what happens with real world day-to-day usage is like.
