David came out to the house and was on time. He had good communication and helped out a lot. I ended up having a breaker thrown. Although,I had checked the breakers, he showed me that they may look in n place but I need turn them all the way off and back on to verify they are in the on position.

Great service today from Rich Electrical. They get the job done knowledgeably, with a minimum of fuss and appreciation for my taking time off work and getting on with it. They also taught good maintenance to help eliminate potential future problems. I like when I get taught something that is going to save me money AND save wear and tear on the property.

I called David to repair pool panel lighting within a short window, though he was busy with his schedule, he was very Profesional , friendly and courteous to the fact of me being his old customer, gave me a window to come in and get it fixed. Since it was an easy fix, he did not even charge me for the service . Really appreciate his commitment and lucky I got his contact.Thanks David again !!!

All the way to my backwardWith a quik
disconnect and a 10 foot 3/4" flex lin to go up into the unit. He was excellent right from planning to finish absolutely professional. He is technically very sound and will highly recommend to anyone looking to do any electrical work.Also his pricing is absolutely fair for the quality of work he does.👍👍👍

Great experience working with David. He showed up on time and was very responsive. My project was complex and David took the time to figure it out. I would definitely use him in the future. Electrical services are expensive but I got 2 other quotes and David was the most reasonable.

Rich texted me when he was on his way showed up promptly, identified the problem and even walked me through it so I could finish the job. And on top of that was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Rich and his crew and will for sure use them again!

Dave Rich from Rich Elecrical, LLC arrived at my house at the precise time of his appointment. After explaining the history of the problem, he quickly diagnosed what needed to be done … two outdoor lights on one circuit we’re not working properly I was dreading some rewiring in my house that was built in the 60s Fortunately, David diagnosed and repaired the problem before I was even able to turn off the circuit breakers! David was a pleasure to work with. He runs a good business, with excellent communication and follow-up. I called regarding the need to replace an over-range Vent Hood Fan/Motor assembly that I thought had failed and when he arrived, he quickly identified that a wire dislodged from the on/off switch and it was not the motor at all. He repaired this with ease and charged an embarrassingly little amount since the job was quicker and simpler than expected, despite his travel time and all.
