David is always quick to respond and right on time for scheduled service. He was friendly and educated me on what he was doing as we checked various lighting issues in my home. We will definitely be using Rich Electrical Services exclusively for our electrical issue from now on!

Contracted with this company for over 35K in NOVEMBER 2023….I regret it. Check his license with ROC. 2/20/25 and my house is still has not passed “green tag” thanks to Rich Electric. I hired this company because of all the good testimonies but these are all for small projects with mention to change orders later on. Watch out for additional charges.

Fabian came and did the work for us. He was very nice, polite and professional. He did a great job, and I'm glad he was our worker!

Thank you Rich Electrical services. I recently was installing a new doorbell. I was not able to get any power. After simple troubleshooting I knew it was a small electrical issue. I called the company to assist. David assisted me. He was very quick with his scheduling of the estimate day. I loved that I received email and text communication as well as a prompt to let me know when he was on the way.
He arrived on time and was very professional, personable and was able to figure out the issue and assisted me with the new doorbell as well.

We recently had several lighting projects done in our home and were extremely happy with the result. Our projects required several days of work and David Rich always arrived on time and was very precise with his work with great attention to detail. He is a super nice guy and his rates are very reasonable. We will use him in the future for all of our electrical needs.

Rich did a great job. After he saw the picture I sent him he came out the next day. My very heavy outdoor light fixture was holding on by wires. It is over 15 years old and he was able reattach it without causing any stucco damage.

I am keeping his card for future electrical needs.
