Recently I hired County Electric Co., LLC, to do a small light work in my house it was just to convert 3 outdoor regular outlet to GFI outlet, 55 Minutes of work and they charged me $275 , the hourly rate is $85 so when I talk to the Owner and I asked him why do you charge me 2 hrs of work instead of one hour his answer was that he sent me 2 people to do the work and he charge by the number of technician sent out doesn't make sense, be aware of this business and if you have any comment about this business or you had some work done with them in the past ? I would like to know.

County Electric Co. has been our "go to" electrician for over 10 years. Their team is always professional and reliable. My husband is a General Contractor and only works with quality services.

WOW! AMAZING! I called 5 electricians. 2 never returned calls, 3 quoted. One was extremely high and the other two were more reasonable. County Electric called back, scheduled an estimate, followed up o the estimate, called to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. Brian was extremely professional, got right to work and completed the work professionally and quickly. When I got the bill, there were no surprises. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

I called 4 other electricians for quotes, they came out to quote, said they would send me a quote, two weeks later I had 2 quotes that were priced crazy. I came across county electric by accident and letter came out right away. Two days later he sent me one of the best quotes and came out the next day to do the job! Super happy and will be letting everyone know about them!

I hired County to wire my new home. Their price was very competitive, their work was excellent, the staff worked quickly and were always friendly and responsive to any concerns or requests. This is the type of contractor you want- honest, fair and does what they say they will do in a timely manner. I would hire them again in a minute.

Excellent customer service - they were at the house within an hour! Very friendly and professional. Price was quite reasonable, especially for an emergency call in the summertime. Would gladly recommend to anyone needing a quick electrical repair.

We had a ongoing GFI issue and it turned out to be a tricky one. I made an appointment with County Electric and they showed up on time as promised. They figured the issue out and made the repairs. The cost was very reasonable and our tech couldn’t have been more professional.

3 hours late for an appointment. I had to call twice to see if anyone was coming as they never bothered to call me. I'd been very specific about the individual that needed to come and why and waited for his availability. The young man who showed up was polite and not qualified. I had to cancel the contractor that was waiting on the electrical work and now have to reschedule everything. Highly unprofessional.

I HIGHLY recommend County Electric! They where prompt and the communication was excellent. I contacted them with an electrical emergency - within 2 hours my issue was diagnosed and fixed. I will be using them for all my future electrical needs. I will also be recommending them to all my fiends and family.

Called County Electric out to the house because I installed a new light in my bedroom but after I installed it, it kept on tripping the breaker. I couldn’t figure it out. I called County Electric and they came right out to where I live and solved the issue. I somehow crossed the ground wire with a hot wire and that’s why it kept tripping. County Electric fixed it and then said No Charge! I couldn’t believe it. They said it wasn’t a hassle and they solved it very quickly.
They have my business for life and would love to refer any and all people having electric issues to give them a call. I’m glad I did!

County Electric has been out to my house twice for 2 separate issues. Ketter and his techs have been so kind, professional and thorough. I will continue to use County Electric for the foreseeable future. Thank you for taking care of our home!

The phone was answered each time I called, never did I have to leave a message for a call back.
Communication was excellent with text reminders the tech was on his way.
Tech was on time, courteous, professional, and finished the work promptly with proficiency.
Service pricing was fair and reasonable.
I would most certainly use County Electric again in the future if the services of an electrician are needed.

County Electric is by far the best electrical company I’ve ever used. I will be a customer for life and recommend them to all of my friends.

We had issues with our electrical panel and Ketter worked with me over the phone multiple times on a Saturday night to help understand the issue and sent out a technical promptly on Sunday. It’s rare that a service provider is that responsive and helpful over a weekend!

As always, the tech was extremely friendly and professional. He helped temporarily fix our electrical panel to make it safe, checked each breaker in our home, and explained everything he did. He also set us up for a panel replacement.

Overall one of the best service providers I’ve dealt with over years of home ownership. These people will take great care of you.
