My pool pump lost power & my pool was going green but Armando came out and fixed it all up. He explained everything and made sure to answer all my questions. Armando was fantastic! We spoke to him a couple weeks in advance to get information about installing an electric charger for our Tesla and he was very informative. He asked a lot of questions so he could be as thorough as possible in giving us a quote. When it came time for the install, he came prepared and did a great job. Not only was he thorough, he was extremely personable and kind. We will be using him for all of our electrical needs in the future.

We contacted Gideon Services needing our old electrical lines upgraded for our pool pump to work properly. Prompt, kind, he put the booties on to protect my floors, he fixed everything I needed in record time and explained everything to me and was very transparent about the pricing which I found to be reasonable. Especially in this day and age when everything tends to be 5x more than you expect.

We called Gideon because we started having an issue with flickering lights in our historic home. They were able to get to our request for an inspection in just a couple of days. Armando, our technician, was very honest up and upfront from the start. He was thorough in his inspection and presented us with options for reworking our panel and sub-panel. They were able to provide us with a financing option to help us with the cost. The work was scheduled promptly and Armando walked us through each step so we knew what to expect. Gideon doesn’t tack on cost once they give you a price which was reassuring. Armando was very considerate. He was also very clean and mindful of our things while working, even suggesting we move some items so they wouldn’t get damaged or dirty. The work was completed very efficiently with only a minimal amount of time without power. In the end, the work was professional quality, and came with a 10 year warranty. We’ll be using Gideon for all of our electrical needs in the future.

A minor problem became major as sparks were flying & burning wires after water got into our control box & breakers started failing! We chose Gideon Electric because of the great reviews for the Company & especially Armando! Armando was exceptional! He completed the job as he promised. He was a pleasure to have as our technician! Ordered 480 volt draw out breakers for a large project and it has been over two years since I started the process of submittals and I still have no breakers. I was told breakers had an 18 week lead time and it has now been 60 weeks. I had to find an alternative way to get draw out breakers. During the whole process the communication with the outside salesman was non existent. I would email him and not get a response for weeks. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend doing business with them.
