I’ve had to look for some pretty weird stuff, Black Diamond is always helpful and have had what I was looking for! Highly recommend!!!

When ever I need these fuses I go to black diamond, if they don’t have it they have been able to get them same day. They have always treated me great and even try to keep my fuses in stock. I love using them!

These people put such a great effort into getting the parts needed. Very great people.

It’s rare these days to find a company that provides superior craftsmanship and customer service. Armando was our technician and went above and beyond with the job we needed. He kept us thoroughly informed and also followed up with us multiple times to make sure we were satisfied and/or had any questions. Kudos to Armando and your company. If we ever need electrical work again, you are definitely at the top of our list and will be our first recommendation.

Armando was the electrician that was sent by Gideon electric services and he was honest and know what he is doing I was very satisfied with his work and fixed my J box Connection in the kitchen and now my oven is working good . After a week he called for follow up how was the oven do and that was really nice of him. He very recommendable and I will call him when my breaker box needs to be replaced .

My initial call to make the appointment was the type of call that reveled the prevailing attitude of the company: friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
Armando was assigned to be our electrician. He was a pleasure to have in our home. He was definitely sincere in his intent to make sure all issues were addressed.
We have an almost 40 year old home. The wiring has not been upgraded. because of this, there were many issues, many were not readily seen. Armando would not just fix the outlet that switched the breaker, he made sure to find out the reason. He tested every plug inside and out. In the process he was able to reveal a few potentially dangerous outlets. He took us around to show all that he had found, and explained what it all meant. The one by the swimming pool was very dangerous....that was quite obvious and it could have been a life threat.
I could go on and on with all that he did for us.
One thing that needs to be pointed out was that he would take the time to explain anything in detail.
This is the type of person you wish you could magically make thousands more of. His honesty and dedication and the quality of his work were totally top notch.
We are so happy he was the one to help us, and will absolutely give out his name to anyone we recommend the company to. We will request him, should the need arise. (however, since he did such a great job the first time, I doubt the need will arise!)
In our dealing with the office, we feel that this is a prevailing attitude with this company. Kudos to them.

POP, SPARK when flipping switch for outdoor entry lights. That’s not good. Who do you call ? Gideon Electric. Armando fixed that, no problem. After fruitless visits from 2 other electricians, Armando solved the immediate problem in 5 minutes. He showed me problems with the work of a previous electricians. He went through all of our electrical issues and prioritized them so the bill was reasonable. He even came back on a Saturday to fix an additional problem and walk me through my revised panel. Very straight-forward, helpful and professional. He will be my go-to guy for future issues. Great job.

I had a great experience with Gideon, I worked with Armando who was extremely punctual and attentive to my situation. I had an outlet installed to charge my EV and Armando gave a competitive quote and had the outlet installed and inspected faster than any other electrician could get to it. Armando was professional, responsive and thorough. He updated our electrical panel with new breakers, new surge protector, brought conduit fittings up to code and helped label the breakers at completion. His estimate was accurate, he was on time and did what he said he would. I will ask for Armando for any future electrical work.
