I called in to ask a question or two and Paul was outstanding with his customer service. He went out of his way to FaceTime me and explain everything in detail. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was greeted immediately with a helping smile and got exactly what I was looking for. It was my first time in not knowing anything about electrical parts and the gentleman did a great job assisting and educating me. I see why my electrician comes here often.

If you ever need breakers, please give them a call, they went out of their way to get breakers for me within an hour from a phone call. When I showed up, it was excalty what I asked for. When I called and spoke with Paul, he walked me through all my electrical options. He even gave me the phone numbers to a number of electrical contractors he trusted.

As a Electrical Contractor Balck diamond is a great supply house and has always come thru for me in need. The guys in there are always nice a the customer service is by far one of the best. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they have.

GREAT SERVICE. Knowledgeable. Friendly. I was looking for a unique juction box extender. I had a picture. I spent an hour at Home Depot and Lowes. No success and neither recognized the part. Paul at Black Diamond handed me the part(s) in less than 15 seconds. I will return to Black Diamond first for my future electrical needs.

Paul at Black Diamond Supply was very helpful in locating a hard to find electrical part. The part was available at their other store so he had it sent to his location same day. Great customer service!

Update. It's been a couple of years now and their prices are much better now. I have compared to other suppliers this is the place to go.

I've personally been here several times and each time service is always there. They're more than helpful and don't want to talk politics. I will be returning without question. Their prices are right up there with home depot and sometimes higher unless you get them to work with you and often times they will. They don't have everything but for the most part you will find everything you need here. I've been back more than a dozen times now and will keep returning.

I work heavy industrial electrical all over the southern part of the country and am constantly having to explain what different material is or am confronted with lack of what I need. Not here, Darren and Ryan know what everything is and are on point with information and timelines.

Called trying to hunt down a specific plug. Though they did not carry it( a admittedly unique plug) Ryan was very helpful, he took the time to listen to my description and try to find it both in store and thier where house. When he found that they do not yet carry such items he did not hesitate to recommend another competitor who might. Certain to check here first going forward.

Ryan Cash. The best!! I called cei they couldnt help and forgot my order. I called black diamond and got Ryan on the phone. Within a few minutes he found what i need, price and closer location. Plus called back to make sure i got the info i needed. One of the Best Customer Service i ever experienced. Give this guy a raise. 1 more highly educated person at the Indian school store.
