Horrible wait times, one person working and 6 people in line!

Super helpful people. They did me favor and stayed 15 mins past closing with the manager helping to get my wire order done so I could get it that day instead of Monday. They were slammed with work and weren't able to get my order done earlier, and I really appreciate them staying late to finish my order so that my project is not delayed. The selection and stock they have at this location is very complete as well, the best in the valley. Thanks.

I made a parts run for JP Electric for a pre-ordered circuit breaker. This location was a little bit of a trip from Apache Junction but the transaction was smooth, the employee handled the order quickly, efficiently and was super friendly and polite. The part was on site, easily located and I was on my way in less that 10-15 minutes. I will also include that there was a line in front of me about 4-5 others and it was busy but the line moved fast and that goes to show that they have a steady business and they handle customers quickly. I look forward to working with them again!

Their technicians arrived on time. Both of them were very professional and the chandelier came out perfect. This was also next day service BTW. Highly recommended.

So... they were supposed to show at 9:30am their first appointment of the day I was told.
10:30 rolls around, I call they apologize and say he is on his way and will call you within 10min.
11:15, still nothing. I call again same excuse.
12:30 I call again, same story.
1:30 another call more apologies. They never show, never call back and never show.
An absolute waste of time and incredibly unprofessional.
Based on this I would guess their repair skills are just as bad as their ability to show.
