From the first call to Stewart I had the best customer service experience in a long time! I had told Stewart exactly what I needed done, that I had a lot of pet urine in the carpet I wanted to be taken out. He fully understood and gave me a good rundown of what he would be doing. A few minutes later I received a call from his wife to schedule the cleaning appointment and provide me with a estimate on cost. On the day of the cleaning Stewart showed up right on schedule and was extremely professional and kind. He pre-treated all of our bedrooms and area rugs before deep cleaning. I was thinking I was going to have to get new carpet in the bedrooms, however after Stewart was finished the carpets look and smell like brand new. I will most certainly be using this company again in the future not, only for carpet and area rug cleaning, but will be scheduling upholstery and tile cleaning. Highly recommend this company!!!!!

Stuart came out a few weeks ago and gave me a quote. His quote was clear and he offered a great price. Today, he cleaned the tile through my home and instructed me on how to properly care for my floors. I appreciated his insight and expertise.

His wife, Vanessa, works in the office. Together, they make a great team. I received more than I would have hoped with prompt and thorough service. I also had my carpet in the playroom cleaned at an incredible price. We are pleased and will use Done Your Way again.

Had an awesome experience with this company. Was able to book an appointment less than a week out for a very reasonable price. Vanessa was helpful in booking and confirming my appointment and was considerate of my schedule by having the crew call 20-30 minutes ahead so that I could be ready for them. On the crew were Stuart (who I found out was the owner) and Leonard. They were extremely professional and worked to get years-old stains out of the carpet. The carpet looked as clean as it did when I moved in 5 years ago. Definitely recommend this company! They do it right and with great customer service!

Moving into a new home immediately after the previous tenant, there were obviously many things that needed to be attended to but the biggest problem was the dirty carpet. In speaking to the homeowner we pretty much agreed that It was in such terrible condition, the only option was to rip it all out. Before I did though, I wanted to give Done Your Way Carpet cleaning a call. I had seen their vans all over the valley and figured if they got that much business they were good to go. After I placed my call, they were here in literally four hours. Unfortunately our carpet was so bad, our Carpet specialist Stewart (also the founder of the company) said cleaning wouldn't be enough and that we'd need to restore it. Within two hours the carpet that looked like an absolute disaster looked absolutely brand new. I couldn't tell anyone had ever walked on it. In addition to that, Stewart was very friendly, answered all my questions and even left me with coupons for future services. Not to mention it was more than refreshing to see the owner of the company, still working hard not afraid to get his hands dirty. He took no breaks, was very efficient and professional.
Done Your Way was more than affordable, and went above and beyond my expectations. If you care about your home, enlist their services now!

If I could leave less than one star rating, I would. I don't normally take the time to write bad reviews, but this bad experience warrants the need for one. We had the carpet and two very large area rugs "cleaned" by Done Your Way Carpet and Tile Cleaning. I add the quotes to "cleaned" because it's only a technical term at this point. Stuart, who claims to be the owner, came out and did the work on September 25, 2024. Today, is October 24, 2024 and our property management team for the home notified us that the carpet is still very dirty with pet hair and the area rugs are not very well cleaned. I attempted to call the company to see if they would be willing to do an inspection and warranty their work since no one has inhabited in the home since the cleaning. However, as soon as Stuart answered the phone he became extremely defensive stating that he offered us a CRB (counter rotating brush) service that we had supposedly declined, which is not true. He kept empnasizing that he always offers this when there are pets, but he most definitely did not. We were told that our carpets and area rugs would be thoroughly cleaned, but upon them drying, it was revealed that the work was subpar. The only suggestion that was offered was a deodorizer, which we accepted. Had we been truly offered the added service of the CRB, we would have agreed, because we wanted the job done right. While on the phone with this owner, he continued to say that we had declined the service. I concluded that the call was going nowhere and that he would not even try to offer any sort of customer service solution, so I politely said goodbye. After ending the phone call, he texted me a picture trying to show me that we had declined the service, but what he failed to notice is that the job notes have a timestamp, which clearly show that he added the note today, trying to make it seem like we declined the CRB on the initial cleaning date. If this doesn't show you the level of dishonesty, then i don't know what will. I would definitely not trust this individual nor the company.

Done Your Way Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our carpeting and a large (shag) area rug. I highly recommend Stuart. He is knowledgeable and efficient. Priced right! Thank you for your service!

Stuart came to clean my carpet right on time. I received a text message letting me know he was on the way, which was very helpful. Stuart came in my house and cleaned my old, dirty carpet for me. I didn't expect it to look brand new when he was done. However, it looks very, very nice! I am extremely happy with the service I got. When it was time to pay, no surprises. I paid exactly what I was quoted.I would hire this business again in a heartbeat.

Stuart is a great business owner and a great guy. Came by to do a cleaning on the carpet as a part of my end of lease agreement and it looks great, could tell a difference instantly and even more so when it dried!

This company is the best! We've used them for a couple of years. I will never go to another company. Stuart is reliable and professional and he does an awesome job! He makes our carpets look brand new and that's with two dogs. He cleaned and sealed our grout the first time we used him and the tile still looks great. We will use him yearly to keep tile and grout looking good. His prices are great as well. He is honest and hard working. Done Your Way Carpet and Tile Cleaning is a company that I would definitely recommend and continue to use for years to come.

Fantastic service! He arrived early and text 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Well priced and very open with what chemicals are used. There is no crunchy or stickiness to our carpets now that they are dry. Just soft and clean. We will be calling them back!

We could not have been more pleased! Rare that price, quality of workmanship and service exceed expectation, but Stuart made that all happen. The scheduling was convenient and Stuart and Troy arrived on time and did an amazing job cleaning and shining our travertine flooring. I set up cleaning for a move out. Informed the scheduler the residence would be empty as it was for a move out. No one informed me that an empty residence was cash only. I had made arrangements to have an adult family member present. Now I am going to be charged for not having this service completed for my move out because the schedulers didn't communicate.
Do not recommend.

Our experience with this company was incredibly disappointing. From the very beginning, the staff’s demeanor was rude and unprofessional. We asked basic questions to better understand their services, but their responses were curt and made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. As customers unfamiliar with carpet cleaning specifics, we expected a more patient and helpful approach rather than being made to feel ignorant.

Additionally, their email mentioned a same-day service discount, which led us to inquire about possibly adding furniture cleaning if their schedule permitted. However, we were abruptly told, “You didn’t order that, so we can’t do it,” without any constructive explanation or effort to clarify the offer. If such options are unavailable, this should be clearly communicated in their messaging.

Ultimately, their poor communication and
dismissive attitude led us to cancel our appointment altogether. I strongly recommend they focus on improving their customer service and communication to better serve future clients.

Stuart and Troy did a great job in cleaning my couches and chairs along with a complete tile and grout cleaning. My tile looks brand new.
